I wouldn’t advise ANYONE to book this hotel. I stayed there last weekend and at least TEN of our cars were broken into, windows busted out and everything. And guess what the hotel wants to do to accommodate usNOTHING!!! The staff LIED and told us to fill out an incident report and that someone from CORPORATE would be in touch with us in 3-5 days. Well needless to say, I was NEVER contacted. Just called the hotel back and was told that we were given MISINFORMATION. SmhThe LEAST they could’ve done would be to reimburse us for our stay. But NOPE. NOTHING. Just out of your money for the stay PLUS new expenses for a broken car window. PLEASE stay somewhere else!!!

Clean and spacious rooms. Beds could be more comfortable, and the pillows made me feel like I was sleeping on nothing. Traffic was a bit noisy to try and sleep through, but overall, a decent place for a cheap price.

This was a very nice hotel with a comfortable bed and very friendly staff. The hotel is in the middle of renovation so there was ONLY one elevator down a long hall that had to be used by guests and service staff. Additionally my room was located on the side near the interstate and the illuminated hotel sign and there were no black out curtains. So out it was noisy and bright all night. Luckily the bed was super comfy. The food in the Bistro was very good for late night snacks and light breakfast. I'd stay here again, but ask for ask interior room.

Hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. G was a decent size. Food and dining and drinking options were all very good. Good location for quick run to airport.

Nice and clean! Good sized room with comfortable bed. Very friendly employees. Good and reasonably priced food at the Bistro. Close to airport but very quiet.

The folks at the front desk are very nice. The decor is outdated which I can live with. However, I saw a couple roaches in my room on the fourth floor and walking across the carpet in white socks turned them filthy brown gray. The linens seems very clean. It seems like a hotel in dire need of renovation. Only reason I give it three Stars is the phenomenal staff I have talked to

Perfect for what I needed. Shame the shuttle doesnt run before 6am, though. The bistro served good food. Clean room and bathroom!

I stayed here the night of 6/26 and was restless throughout the night due to constantly being awakened. I was not aware at the time of what was causing my restlessness. The morning arrived and I showered and went on with my day. I found myself constantly scratching my legs but brushed it off. A relative noticed bumps on my legs and asked where they had come from but I had no idea. I brushed it off as skin irritation assuming it had occurred due to possibly a reaction to something. I visited a friend who also noticed and his exact words were, "looks like bed bugs were eating you up". He suggested that I visit a clinic but I had never experienced anything like this so I did not believe it to be a danger after consulting with different individuals. I opted to take my friend up on his offer to allow me to stay at his place for the night. The next day came, and the inflammation had subsided and so we continued to enjoy our vacation. The night came and I did not want to overstay my welcome especially since I had booked a couple of nights and this was my last night in Georgia. I slept with my socks on and I am not kidding that when I awoke the following morning, one of my socks were off (which indicated to me that throughout the night, I had been scratching something to the point where my sock had come off). This infuriated me but I was departing so I just told myself I would never stay there again but I would inform the front desk of the incident in hopes that they would send pest control to investigate. I went to the front desk and was brushed off and was told I would receive an email regarding the incident (WHICH I NEVER DID). Sorry that this is so long but it was needed as an outlet to vent a tad and I do apologize. DO NOT STAY HERE- They do not care for their customers- The manager was apparently too busy to speak with me regarding the matter and did not follow up. Stay away.

Ground floor room was quiet for a good night's rest. Bed was comfortable. Room and bathroom were clean. Food at the cafe was ok. HDtv would have been nice to have.

Hotel is ok. Typical Courtyard with a little Bistro upfront. My only issue is the location of the front entrance. Gotta park (if you drive) a little bit far to walk in for check in.

We did not stay here but we did park and ride their shuttle to the airport. I have to say that the courtesy extended to us was exceptional. From the hotel clerk to the driver, we were treated very well. The shuttle was on time and comfortable. If needed, I feel sure that staying at this motel would be nice.But if you need to park and are not concerned with outdoor parking, I highly recommend this location.
