Front desk reception girls were wonderful. The shuttle drivers are polite and accommodating. They'll take you to and from local pubs and restaurants. Unfortunately, the bar service and food were awful. DO NOT ORDER CHICKEN WINGS. Cold, overcooked and saw several customers send them back as inedible. Cobb salad and bbq chicken sandwich were ok.

Convenient location near the Atlanta airport, zoo, and other attractions. It has a good hot buffet breakfast for $12, where they have us one free voucher at check-in. They have a small bar, not exciting and just attached to the lobby, but good enough for a drink with a partner or friend before bed.

Dated. The room implements are a bit shopworn (chipped paint) but the rooms are clean, bed linen is comfortable. The parking is by fee which is why I won't stay here again. The room service is also over by 11 which is not convenient for late night arrivals. The breakfast was okay, not amazing (Omelette was very good). I probably would stay here if I was stuck in ATL, but not for routine travel again. Not a great value.

Attended an event at this hotel and it was pretty suitable. Parking fee is $10 a night for self parking and $12 a night for valet. We chose valet and it took forever for us to get our vehicle when we were heading out. The room was spacious and the bed was super comfy. Breakfast buffet was tasty and well stocked. Of course the cookie at check in was delicious. Upon check-in the front desk agent was pleasant and polite. Because we were HiltonHonors members, we were upgraded to the higher floors which were exclusive to members.

We are gold members of Hilton and this hotel is, hands down, the WORST Hilton in the world. Terrible service. Room had bare amenities; we had to request a frig, extra blanket, ect. Way below normal Hilton standards we are used to. had issues from the moment we walked in the door. Management does not do what they say. Left a personal item that was found by housekeeping. We were told they would mail it and it has to this day not arrived. We stayed on labor day weekend and it is mid October now. Never staying again.

A bit out of the way, but close to a bunch of places to eat that you can walk to or drive just a few minutes to. The food inside the hotel is pretty good, a bit pricey but worth it because of the size, taste and ease to get it.
The hotel inside is really clean, big, grand and seems really high end. The elevators only work with room keys so security is stepped up compared to most other hotels. The fitness center is a bit larger than other hotels, a bike, 2 treadmills and free weights but the area is maybe 50-75 sq feet larger. The pool area is beautiful, when you drive to the front door it reminds me of going on vacation on an island as you drive under the trees and the pool is right there, a nice looking place. The staff is really friendly. Jazzy was working the front desk and was eager to help me check in and helped find some where to eat and was just overall awesome.
I got a corner room on the 5th floor and it's a rather large room. This would be a great room for a family with a cot or people sleeping on the floor. The windows are huge and the view is of the parking lot but with the huge windows it makes the view rather nice. The furniture is nice, the TV is nice and the bathroom is updated. Bathroom is big, shower is nice and has good pressure. Elevators are quick which is good because there are 7 floors. They say floors 6 and 7 are for hilton honors but the rooms are the same others, maybe just the view is better because they are higher up.
Was able to get a good price on the room compared to other hotels in the area. I would stay here again when in Atlantaresponse / report this review -

It's a clean hotel. Brand new and the breakfast is good. I would stay there s gain. Parking is ten dollars a nite. Good location.

Great hotel! It's much better than other Doubletree Downtown Atlanta that's not done with remodeling, but there are no suites that should be no problem. The rooms look comfortable. The bar is very nice and modern!

I was very pleased with my stay at this recently renovated hotel. The lobby was very nice and the front desk team was very friendly and helpful. My room was fantastic with a great bed and bedding and a very clean feeling throughout. Even though it is tucked back in the trees, it's worth finding. And don't forget the awesome free cookie!

Was put up by airline due to missed flight. Was not expecting much but was very pleasantly surprised. Check in staff were efficient, empathetic and extremely helpful. Room was extremely clean and comfortable. Hotel even had an above average breakfast buffet. All in all, if I had to spend the night in Atlanta I could not have asked for a better accommodation.

Hotel struggles with consistency. Rooms are nice size. Maid knocks on your door before check out time, even if you have do not disturb sign out. Some rooms have mini fridge, some do not. Hope you are lucky. Free cookie at check in.

We stayed overnight between flights. Hotel is Newly remodeled, close to the airport with 24 hour shuttle, and we had a late night dinner that was reasonably priced and very tasty.

First of all, they give great rates for parking if you need a less-expensive alternative to airport parking. Secondly, I've stayed here twice and both visits have been first classfrom the room to the staff.

The staff were very nice from the front desk to housekeeping. Even the shuttle drivers were hospitable. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is the food. Breakfast was plain nasty with no turkey or chicken option daily and lunch/dinner was just ok.
