All of the important stuff was amazing; the staff, the bed, free Wi-Fi, the location, all fantastic. A couple of little things kept it from being 5 stars (for me), the electrical outlets had a little too much movement for my comfort, the TV was automated, and the room service menu felt outdated.

Very clean common areas. Room was nice and spacious. Views from window were great. No complaints of any kind for this hotel. Would most definitely recommend it.

Staff was a little grumpy checking in, but pleasant the rest of the stay. I was bit four times during the night. I'm very itchy. The doors slam so loud by default. Kept waking me up.

Rooms were decent. Nice and clean. We were moved to another room because of an issue with the air conditioning leaking, which was taken care of immediately. The woman working the front desk at night wasn't too friendly, but the woman working the front desk in the morning and during the day was extremely pleasant, helpful, and friendly. Location was nice and easy to get to. I would visit again, especially just to say hi and chat with the woman at the front desk. She's awesome.
