The workers were great. They were very accommodating. I liked the cookies and coffee in the lobby too. They have a glass elevator too. Those are always fun. :) The pool and the outdoor sitting area left quite a bit to be desired. There are 2 indoor hot tubs and 1 indoor single lane pool. It was kind of weird. There was 1 outdoor hot tub pool thing too. I didn't really get it. Why not just have a regular pool and hot tub?
Promise me to take me 3 miles of no charge but they was not true. It was noise in the rooms smell smoke I report it and they did not do nothing. The price is good bad service is bad they do not tell the true.
Very modern and updated hotel. Comfortable beds and very clean. Wifi worked well and front desk staff very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.
We had an issue with the AC in the suite we were given and were immediately given a different room when I called to report it. We were very happy with the friendly professional staff. The only other issue we had was the difficulty with the entrance to the hotel. The comfort, cleanliness and decor of the room was clean and comforting. We had a great night's sleep and no noise issues. Being next to the freeway and not too far from ASU, is great because everything is close by. We would recommend it to family and friends and definitely stay here again.
This is always a great hotel to stay at. It's located near ASU at an affordable rate. Customer service is great and friendly!
The receptionist and personnel were awesome. The rooms were clean and housekeeping was great. Would recommend highly.
We enjoy our stays at this hotel. It is close to Sky Harbor Airport and their Park & Fly Package is wonderful. Their service is terrific and friendly. A Denny's Restaurant is next door and making eating very convenient. We had to leave too early to take advantage of their Free breakfast, however, we have enjoyed it in the past. This is our "go to" hotel when we are flying out of Phoenix for an extended stay. We will be back again!
Nice place, reasonably priced especially in the summer. If you want a quiet room get something on the ground floor that does not face the freeway. A Denny's next door is an option for restaurant. Breakfast area is reasonably spacious. Access is right off the freeway but it is right-in, right out only onto/off of Scottsdale Roaf. To get back on the freeway north on Scottsdale Road, you have to cross 3 lanes of traffic and make a u-turn. At certain times of day that will require patience.
We went to see the Diamondbacks game. We were greeted and treated well by the staff. The hotel is currently going through some renovations, so don't expect perfection, but well worth the price we spent. The room was spacious--we had the two queen beds. No bath in this room though. Quiet hotel. My granddaughter and I enjoyed the lap pool and hot tub. Breakfast was very good. Waffles, eggs, bacon, potatoes, all types of cereals and fruit. I would stay here again.
Room clean hallway carpet old and looked very dirty, last vacuumed when?
Breakfast was good. No vending machines or ice machine.
The location and proximity to downtown Tempe, AZ is great. We were able to walk and enjoy the Tempe Town Lake in our way to downtown. The rooms were nice and clean - overall a great place to stay.
This place was great. They gave us a late checkout without trying to make us feel bad. This was my second time staying there and would definitely stay there again. Location is good. In N out budget across the street! Reasonably priced. Very clean. Fantastic customer service. So kind.
Wow.Quality, Service and a good price. Room was clean without nasty smelling chemicals, breakfast had a great variety and was hearty. Friendly and helpful staff. If we always could find a BW INN we could use them. NOTE : make sure it is one of these " Best Western INN " hotels. I can't say the same for Best Western in general.
Spacious, comfortable and convenient with Starbucks and food across the street to walk to. They say they are pet friendly on the website and over the phone but waited until we checked out to tell us that means "only dogs". Even had a manager open our room door for us with my cat IN MY ARMS. Fresh fruit water and cookies in the lobby is a plus. Down sides are I found a cholesterol pill on the floor that my cat could get to and breakfast wasn't served until 7 and we needed to leave at 630. Would not stay here again after arguing with the front desk over the pet situation. If you are in the wrong, you're wrong. Being smug doesn't change that.
