Top notch customer service. They forever locked in my business, along with my family's business. Had an awesome experience buying my first Polaris 570 and my daughter's first 50cc Polaris Outlaw this year, thanks to James B and the Honda East team. He had every answer for every question I had, which was a lot lol. From service to finance to sales, bunch of class acts whom actually care. Greatly appreciate the help and we will be back, for sure! I called dealers all over MI, OH, PA, WI etc. looking for the new bike I wanted to purchase. I also included internet search request.
Honda East was the only dealer that responded in a timely fashion and got me on the new bike, several hundred below retail price. I had to wait a while for my bike, but I got a 2018 (when I initially was looking for a 2017)! Tad S in sales is a quality guy and will do his very best to serve your needs. Everyone at the dealership was courteous and pleasant. It was worth the 200 mile drive!

I bought a Polaris sportsman 570 after changing my mind a time or two and salesman Tyler Lockwood was very helpful and patient. I got a great deal on this quad and a couple of accessories. The whole team at Honda East Toledo were very easy to deal with and professional. They have definitely earned a new customer and I highly recommend Honda east to anyone who’s looking to purchase a new quad, motorcycle, wave runner, snowmobile or even accessories. I have bought more accessories since my initial atv purchase , I was treated great and received parts within just a few business days. I wish Honda east would open up a few more stores. These people are definitely professionals!! I’m giving Honda East and all the staff a 5 star rating!! Thank you.

Went to Honda East looking for a side by side. Store was extremely busy on that Saturday and we were sent outside to look around. They had a nice selection of what we were looking for. Before long a different sales person, Tyler Lockwood came out to check on us. Tyler was very knowledgeable, helpful and answered all of our questions and more. We narrowed down the selection pretty quickly as we had a good idea of what we needed when we stopped in.

I had expected a high pressure sales approach when I stopped in in but was impressed with Tyler's low sales pressure approach. He gave us a fair price and told us to think about, look around and give him a call with any questions. We talked more about accessories and were introduced to the parts/service department for specifics and pricing. That process was fun and painless too. Parts department was very helpful and knowledgeable. We selected what we wanted and got firm discounted pricing with print out. We then talked to Tyler again and ended up agreeing on a package price and did the paperwork.

Before we left the store Tyler had the accessories ordered and we were on our way. I plan on picking up my 2018 Ranger 570 Camo today.

Honda East Toledo is the place to go for a great selection, friendly sales staff, and the lowest pricing around. I shopped within 300 miles and Honda East blew the doors off everyone coming in at $1800 cheaper then the next closest quote.. The process was quick and easy, my salesman was well informed, Todd the finance manager went above and beyond in getting me a great rate and did an outstanding job explaining all of the paperwork and making me feel comfortable and appreciated about my purchase. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone!!!!

Great staff! Tyler was very helpful in answering my questions. Great prices on Polaris products. Just wish they would have set the clock on 4 wheeler as there are NO directions in owners manual to do sohad to go to youtube to learn.

I bought two bikes there because it was convenient. The people I've dealt with don't seem to really care if you buy anything or not. They answer questions and get back to you at a relatively slow pace. They advertise stock that is not at their location. I have use their service department a number times, that also had issues, so far the best thing I found was that there parts department has always been prompt.

Buyer Beware. I purchased a set of saddle bags back in August 2016 through ebay. Kept them in the box until last week when I had my local dealer install them for me only to kind out that I had been missing panya brackets and collar washers. Since I though this was a new set of bags I didn't check the contents within 30 days of purchase. I contacted this dealer last week to tell them about the missing parts and basically they told me too much time has passed and there is nothing they can do for me.

My overall impression, poor customer service with a poor excuse. I do not recommend buying from this dealership with out knowing the complete contents of what you're asking for. I definitely don't recommended buying from them via ebay.

These guys had the best price for my bike in the state. They were happy and friendly. The service was quick. Once I decided what I wanted to buy, they were helpful and efficient. I'll put them on my short list when it's time to shop for another bike.

I haven't ever bought anything from them but judging from the experiences of others they need to get their act straight. Word of mouth is a huge thing and I will buy an expensive helmet somewhere else. Thanks for the honesty guys.

I tried to purchase a bike here and the general manger refused to sell me the bike because he did not feel "comfortable" with me putting $1600 of the total purchase (almost 9000) on a credit card. Something fishy is going on at this dealership in regards to the general manger; be careful! I turned down another bike to go with this one. I would avoid this dealership until they hire a general manager that actually wants to sell bikes!

I purchased a new 2017 Honda Pioneer 500 from Tad Summers. I traveled about 40 miles to visit Honda East on Christmas Eve. The price quoted over the phone was the price at the time of purchase; no hidden fees or add-ons. The price was much lower than local dealers. Tad was knowledgeable and didn't pressure me to buy. I had a good buying experience. I have not had a need for service. The parts department was also very nice but beware of a 40% restocking fee. Make sure you have the right part and you intend to keep it before you go ahead with the purchase.
