Beautiful job with the remodel! Hotel has a fresh new look. The rooms too. I just didn't love the bed. Pillows were good, though

Everything has been great. Rooms feel modern and clean, with a large Samsung TV and a killer bathroom. The bathroom even has one of those expensive small mirrors with the extreme zoom and light. The location is great. Plenty of food in the area, with a Safeway just a short walk away for any needed supplies. It's also right above the metro. I would definitely stay here again.

The first night my air conditioning wouldn’t work and after waiting for an hour the room to cool down I called the front desk at 11:00 pm they told me I could move or they could have someone try to fix it. They sent the maintenance guy up and he did something to reset it without even coming in the room, like magic it started working better. The next morning I got into the shower to find there was no hot water after taking a cold shower I again called the front desk, they informed me that the boiler on the floor had to be reset and it should be back online in no time. That evening I called the front desk to extend my stay from my hotel room. I spoke to a man who told me the rate had changed, I said that was fine and to just charge it to my card. This evening when I got back to the hotel my key wouldn’t open the door so I went down to get a new one. The women at the counter informed me that. My reservation had ended and that I never talked to anyone the night before. She had a really bad attitude toward me and talked to me as though I was stupid. She went back to speak with her manager she came out and fixed the issue with my reservation but excepted no blame or responsibility for their mistakes. I will not stay here and my company wont either.

Room was very nice, and quite big for a hotel in this area. Good location, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. All the staff I encountered were friendly. Parking was a bit challenging just because the usual entrance was under construction, so I had to find the temporary entrance. Parking rates were reasonable though. Would definitely stay here again.

This is in a wonderful part of the city, located directly above the Bethesda Metro Center which made travel to DC an absolute breeze. The rooms have just been renovated with new 55" TVs (that are super clear on all channels). There are a ton of power outlets and USB power through the room (and on both sides of the bed). Two restaurants connected to the hotel provide easy dining options, but there are also several deli style places within a few minutes. I wouldn't pay for valet parking personally, but there are several parking garages around the building, including one below the hotel that you can park at without paying for valet.

Very nice hotel and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I've stayed here twice already and if it wasn't a good hotel i wouldn't have came back. Planning my third stay here very soon. On my last stay i was honored as a VIP guest and was upgraded to a terrace room for free! Its in a prime location a 5 minute walk to nice restaurants and bars. Only down side was the construction, but thar doesn't last forever.

Staff is very polite and helpful here! The room was nice and clean and came with a refrigerator which was nice. The bed was more firm than I like so I didn't sleep as well as I would have liked which is why I have it 4/5. The location is great, right above a metro station and near several shops. Other than the firm bed, everything else has been great!

Very nice event location. Renovations at entrance. Staff was good. No idea how the guest rooms were. Near Metro station but you have to walk outside to get there. Unlikely to return in the future because I do not see a need to be in the area and I prefer Hilton hotels.

Unfortunately we were informed that there was a pool at booking but found out at check-in that it had been removed. Such a let down when traveling with kids. Definitely geared more toward the business traveler rather than families. Elevators are very small and crowded and there were only 2 operating on our visit.

Do not use the valet parking!!! Valet parking was an absolute nightmare with the attendant losing our car keys and delaying our departure by over 6 hours resulting in a locksmith needing to rekey the car. I will note however that the hotel staff was very helpful in assisting with the situation even though the valet parking company is a separate entity.

Beautiful modern hotel, excellent rooms, very comfortable beds. My only complaint is regarding the renovations going on. The sounds of construction outside my window at 9 am was annoying, but there's not much to be done about that. All in all, I'd recommend it

High end hotel that isn't operating like one. Problem after problem. Room did not match description, hotel check in missed various items in our reservation, no extra blankets after asking several times. No proper buffet style hotel breakfast, one server in dining room at 9 am on Saturday of Holliday weekend. 30 minute wait for no frills breakfast. Parking is an issue. Unimpressed with staff.

Great location no amenities although the website said that it had an inside pool. The lighting in the bathroom was poor. Wifi was free for one day then $10 a day after the first day. I would not recommend this hotel unless you just want to spend a lot of money for a good nights sleep and nothing more. There are other hotels that provide that plus some relaxing amenities.
