5 star price 1 star quality..bathroom was dirty and tv was small and obsolete. 350 bucks for a room no better than motel 6.

Great place to stay! Thank you so much Felicia! This is our second time staying at your Inn and we just love it. Although this last time was for a funeral, your beautiful smile and warm personality was comforting. Again, Thank You! Go Cowboys!!!

    2017 NFL update!
We stayed at the Hampton for the Dallas Cowboys Thanksgiving game. Again Felicia was awesome! Her customer service is second to none and my very picky (and needy) husband was overwhelmingly satisfied. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you!!!!!

An older Hampton. The facilities are well maintained, but the walls seem to be paper this. I could here everything going on in the rooms next to me, even snoring. I had my ear plugs in, but they only do so much.

Location is very convenient to AT&T Stadium, as well as the baseball field. Rooms are average, breakfast was good. Bathrooms are nice and bigger than expected. Staff was very friendly, overall very happy with our stay.

3 night stay which was progressively less comfortable.
The bad: Rooms left much to be desired, especially for price. Dark carpeting in the room felt sticky and dirty on bare feet which transferred into the shower basin as such. Progressively humid and sticky when entering the room- discovered the a.c. dripping into the carpet by stepping in it before we checked out. Bathroom smelled like bleach, good to know they're clean but not pleasant, could use some upgrades.
The good: Bed and pillows were super, breakfast was great and available until 10am.

There was a family dispute down the hall in which the police were involved and if we hadn't have walked by, wouldn't have known. Handled with discretion by the police

The location is great, near the AT@T stadium and Six Flags. The hotel provides a free trolley to the stadium. Rooms are spacious and the lobby of very modern. Staff is very kind and helpful.

4 day stay, 3 nights. First day was great. The housekeeping did a great job cleaning and put our things up nice and orderly. Then Our tv started just shutting off every 15 min or so it was static and then black. You have to scroll through several channels to get back to what you're watching. About 20x of that and I called the front desk. She acted like she was annoyed with my call and said if it's still doing it in the morning, let Felisha know after 7 (so basically don't bother her again) and the will get us a new one or move us. We let John know at 7:30am and he said he'll make a note of itlol That helped 🤔. Then finally at 8:30am today we called and let the female desk clerk know something needs to be done. They moved us all the way across the hotel no apology, but again seemed annoyed by us. The new room was 76 degrees and took over an hr to cool down. Also, the halls stay about 75-80 degrees. I guess they're conserving electric. Typically we love Hilton and Hampton suites and don't mind paying a little extra but this was a very disappointing stay.

Nice hotel. For the prices the rooms could stand to live up to the price. The breakfast is decent. The only downfalls were the front desk was lazy (just a particular woman who had way to many hours) we were there from April 6-10th same lady same attitude..even with the drivers . Bottom line don't upgrade your room , literally wasting money, it's a clean hotel decent lobby. I wouldn't frequent here again because of the lack of professionalism/customer service , and last but not least I'm still trying to figure out what luxury I got in the room for that price besides location. Hopefully your experience will be much better.

Good breakfast comfy beds. Very clean great staff. Crappy plastic spoons for when you order Chinese at night and they only give you a fork though.

If I could give this hotel zero stars I would. We were in town for a cheerleading competition and travel a lot and I have never had an experience like this. The receptionist was extremely rude. The room was booked through a third party and she made no effort in assisting me. Even refused to touch my phone to view the confirmation number. After waiting on hold with the third party she didn't call us over to let us know the fax had been sent. Then when we're finally getting ready to check in she threatened to cancel the reservation because we apparently had attitude.(I wonder why) She then went on a 15 minute rant. NEVER AGAIN WE WILL BE STAYING WITH THIS HOTEL

I have stayed here on multiple occasions in 2012 and 2013 for work-related purposes. The staff here is amazing. They are friendly, courteous, and make every effort to make sure that your stay is a great one. The hotel rooms are clean, the breakfast is good. In addition, they offer trolley service to the Rangers game.

During one multiple night stay, the housekeeping service for some reason overlooked my room. I inquired about it at the end of the day, and the front desk person offered to take care of it on the spot. (it was not a big deal at all; I declined.) The next morning, the hotel manager was extremely apologetic. Again, I reassured them that it was not a problem. However, that illustrates the level of attentiveness and effort to correct any mistakes.

This group bends over backwards to make sure that you are their top priority.

I cannot recommend them highly enough.
