Food was halfway decent for the price no taste for the most part. ..anything that was breaded was good and crispy the drinks we got for the bar we're good decent price 8/9 bucks each.

Great place to stay right on the boardwalk with a beautiful beach. The staff is awesome and the rooms are beautiful. I think th best part for me was the comfort of the bed it was plush.i had such a good night sleep. Thank you Marriott. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

Stayed here a few days ago for a conference. Service was all around phenomenal. Accommodating staff. Had a problem with the room that was addressed immediately. Wonderful amenities. Comfy bed is always a plus.

I give this hotel a 1 star because there is no zero available. I am not one of the conflictive customers out there but what happened to me and my family was horrible. We drove over 12 hrs from NC to enjoy our summer vacation at this hotel. I always check the reviews before reserving and this had decent reviews, but unfortunately for our surprise when we got to the hotel to check in they told us they didn't have the room we reserved available. We reserved a room with balcony and partial ocean view with two queen beds because we were 4 adults. When we got there they told us due to a system error only a standard King bedroom was available. They kept telling there was nothing they could do for us even though they knew we were travelling with our 5 yrs old that was tired and hungry at that time. I had to ask to speak to a supervisor myself because even though the front desk went and explained her the situation already she kept ignoring me and not offering any solutions. I had to ask to speak to her and get us a hotel with the same or better accomodations we have booked there in the same area. It was then when she decided to call a hotel nearby to get us a deal. I am a manager myself, and when something goes wrong a manager's duty is to be proactive and find an alternate solution to the problem and make the customer feel at ease that a solution will be offered. None of this happened at this hotel.
My advise, if you plan to go on a family trip don't choose this hotel if you want to avoid a bad experience like ours.response / report this review -

Top of the line. This place is elegant, classy the service is terrific, the servers are amazing and the food beautifully presented and tasty. The breakfast buffet is amazing, I went 2 times this week and would go back a third time if I had someone else to share it with. The view of the beach and the ocean on a sunny day is so South Florida, you can't ask for more. I know everyone goes to South Beach and that's fabulous. But Hollywood Beach is wonderful,too. Try it out.

Went in asked for a total.price with resort taxes and state taxes and car parking was given a price of $169.00 from front desk then in morning bill came under door total was $207. So was not impressed went to front desk asked why it was now $207 they said they I had to pay resort and state taxes I explained that I asked yesterday for a total price, and was told $169, they were helpful and said I should have been told the correct price was $207. They removed the resort tax for me but had no choice but to pay state tax . Pool staff were great and friendly so we're bar staff in fact every one was helpful. Room was clean would stay again

Had a great time. There was only one problem and they fixed it right away. They have a great staff that is always friendly. The bar & pool we amazing. I would love to stay there again on my next vacation.

Beachfront property with king size beds. Features a coffeeshop, full service restaurant. and gift shop. Positioned on a 2 mile boardwalk in Hollywood, Florida. Pool with full drink service and complimentary fruit smoothies. Room service available from 5am-11pm.

The hotel and staff are exceptional! They made our stay memorable. In front, Nicole & Warren were very friendly, smiling and always greeted everyone as they came in. In the back at the Bar & Rest, Theresa and Liz were also very attentive and always were quick to serve with a smile.

The property is beautiful and a perfect beach experience but I have to say that the staff is spectacular! They made me feel remembered and that they genuinely wanted me to have a great experience. I was impressed! Hope to come again soon!
I was there for business and loved opening my balcony door in the morning to see the sunrise, hear the waves crash, and smell the fresh sea air. The food was good and reasonable. And nothing beats the warm sand under your toes at the end of a long day!response / report this review -

The view is amazing. The beach is not over crowded. The food was great, my son had fish and chips and the fish was absolutely perfect. His friend had the pizza, wonderful. I ate cran cakes and garlic roasted spinach. The staff has been helpful.

Love this place. Front desk staff wonderful and everyone else great too. 3rd time here and will be back again. Food is great in restaurant. It is right on board walk and just a five minute walk from shops. It's nice because it so much quieter than right in the middle near public beach.
