  In love with this place. Location is great - close to most of restaurants. It doesn't have THE view, little away from the boardwalk, that makes it a perfect quite place. Service is great!! The owner was very friendly and easy going. Alejandro helped us to place beachbeds and umbrella (that are free) on the beach, took care of towels. This place is ideal for people who like to be outside most of the time and enjoy the peaceful quite and cozy atmospheres in the evening.

  LOVE this place! From location, staff, parking, ALL the things you need for a beach get away. Felt right at home settling in and hated packing to leave! We live in SWFL, try to get over quarterly for a get away. May be coming more after finding Villa Europa!!

  WORST FREAKING PLACE STAFF ARE HORRIBLE ALL I DID WAS CALL AND ASK ABOUT RESERVATIONS AND HE HUNG UP ON ME HE WAS RUDE WHEN I ASKED ABOUT RATES. HORRIBLE COMPLETELY UPSET!

  Very nice for a quick stay. Right near beach, food ans entertainment. No frills, but has everything you need. Parking is available, but it's on-street, so it can be tricky.

  Great location for beach access. Owner/staff friendly and accomodating. Room and bed clean. Bikes, beach umbrellas and grill available to use. A little noisy in morning s and could hear adjoining room and outside talking.
