I enjoyed my stay at the Hollywood Beach Tower. The location is amazing as it is very close to the beach. The rooms are very spacious and clean. There are many pull out beds. The rooms are also very nice with good furnishings. The only thing that is weird is that there is a door separating the living room and the bedroom. The employees were very kind and welcoming as well.

I stayed here four nights 12/7/17. They were super cute rooms and very clean. The rooms were fully equipped and very organized. The only downfall was the full size bed that came down from the wall. But it worked out just fine and when I visit South Florida I'm rarely in the room but to sleep a few hours. Too gorgeous to stay in doors. Customer service was great and very helpful! Free guest parking and great security! The beach is right out the back door and the boardwalk. Entertainment and good eateries. Beautiful area. nice up to date rooms. Did I mention clean? we stayed in two different rooms and both were spotless. Price was awesome too! I'll stay here again in March when I return!

Location was awesome!! Our room overlooked the ocean and it was one of my favorite parts of our honeymoon! Waking up and walking the beach every morning was amazing! The rooms were decent I didn't like the pillows or the shower but if you don't plan on staying in your room the whole time who cares! Driving to Miami beach wasn't bad at all and ocean drive is beautiful at night! The staff were really nice and helpful! Only thing I wish was different was that I didn't have to go home!

Great place and it's completely renovated. Great location right on the boardwalk with tons of restaurants. Staff very helpful. Excellent security. You need your room card to go anywhere on the premises. Free inside parking and wifi. Highly recommend. Looks better in person than in the photos.

This review would be VERY different had the staff been professional and even slightly attentive, as they should be. Lets start with the pros- LOCATION. The location is phenomenal, right on the beach & parking is free. Now for the cons- The staff literally does not care if you have any issues. Its a non smoking facility but thanks to some wonderful neighbors in the adjacent room who decided to chain smoke inside, our room was filled with the scent of cigarette smoke and it was like that the ENTIRE time of our stay. I called the front desk, and event went down personally, on three separate occasions. They did absolutely nothing. They didn't even offer to move us from our room. We spent the entire weekend feeling suffocated in our own room and left smelling of pure tobacco, and they offered zero help or solutions. They said they would call me back and let me know how it would be handled, and didn't even have the decency to do that. Good thing I don't have a severe allergy or asthma, right? Secondly, Our sheets smelled dirty, like they hadn't been washed in a few weeks at least. I know they don't offer turn-down service, so that's not an issue but the young lady at the front desk offered to take some new sheets so I could put them on myself. I thought that was perfectly fine, except they never brought the sheets after asking twice. Long story short, I will not be returning here ever, and recommend you take your business elsewhere- like someplace they actually care about the customers. Unless you like to sleep on filthy sheets and smell like pure cigarettes.1 star simply for the location.

Great location, no bad rooms about the 5th floor. Very clean great food at the pool, cook on the grill while you wait. Convenient fruit stand right outside your door. Lots of shopping walking distance.

The accommodations were nice, but not amazing. The location is tough to beat - right on the boardwalk/ocean with a great view.
The beach access is at the end of the boardwalk, so there aren't a lot of people on the beach by the hotel (relatively speaking). The pool/hot tub looked nice, but we stuck with the ocean!
The biggest surprise for us was that this was not a normal hotel. It's a time share that rents out rooms to the general public (if not already full). Therefore, do not plan on normal hotel-amenities (breakfast, turn down service, etc).
I would say the staff was nice but not friendly. Definitely quick to quote you the rules and spout off the fine print.

Overall, it was a great trip, but for a little more money spent at an actual resort/hotel, you'll get WAY more value and enjoyment out of your stay.

Hotel looked very decent. Very comfortable. Pool looked good too. So much better than the hotel next to it, the Hollywood Beach Resort. The Hollywood Beach Tower seems a million times better. Unfortunately I stayed next door. My next stay I will choose the Hollywood Beach Tower

It is a great place. My wife and I have been coming here for the past 5 years. She has been coming here with her family since she was a kid. This place is a great spot to have a relaxing vacation. The new update to the rooms is amazing. I recommend this pace to anyone who comes visit here.

Clean crispy delicious pool to chill after a long beach day.
The view is the beautiful Atlantic Ocean.
Coffee is free, after that get ready to pay for everything.
Parking is included, customer service can be better.
Not fancy but nice.

Stayed here a while back during my first trip to Miami. The overall experience was pleasant. I was aware from the beginning that I would be staying at a time share and that things would be slightly different from a hotel but the differences were negligible. The only real difference is that there is no daily house keeping but I was fine with that. I only ran into two small issues while staying here. The walls were super thin and the family that was staying next to us was not overly quiet. They were not loud either its just that you could hear someone having a normal conversation through the walls. The second was an interaction I had with a night security guard. I got a bit hostile with me when I attempted to enter the premises even though I had my key card and was about to use it to open the door. I never did find out what the issue was. Other than that it was a great stay. The rest of the staff was super helpful and it is right on the beach. There are also a ton of places to eat near by and a mall for anything else you might need. We were attending a Miami Hurricanes game and the stadium was only about 20 minutes away though it took us longer because we had no idea what the fast pass lane was or that it did not have exits for prolonged periods of time.
