Nice, clean, comfortable, and convenient location. I stayed here on business as this location was within walking distance from a few meetings I attended. Clean, cozy facilities. Comfortable rooms. Good wifi coverage. Great breakfast in the morning. Had to pay for parking but that's common around here. Minutes away from the airport which made for a quick getaway.

I can barely find anything wrong with hits hotel other than the parking deck is extremely right and hard to navigate. That and the elevators can be frustrating. But we have stayed at this hotel every time we visit dc. The rooms are good, always sleep well here, and the location is perfect. A very short wall to the Metro. The convenience of this place is great. Only issue is they started charging guests for parking which has significantly increased the rates percentage-wise.

This was our second time staying here. The first time was a 4/5 star experience, no real complaints, loved the free parking. This time I was thoroughly disappointed. Parking is no longer free, but $20 a day. I booked our hotel in advance and then found out the day of that it was being offered for almost $20 less a night both nights we stayed. The most frustrating part was that our room was set on 70 degrees when we got there but the thermometer said it was 76 and it was super hot. So we turned it down to 50 air condition and went out to dinner. When we got back it was even hotter so we went down to the desk to ask for a room that’s temperature was regulated. We were told just to shut the air off. We did, and opened the patio door because it was 36 degrees out. At 2 am our room was still 75 degrees, when we called downstairs they said any other room would be just as hot. We had to sleep with the patio door two feet open with the sound of horns honking and sirens. It was a super unpleasant experience for the price of the hotel. Probably won’t be staying again. For that rate, I’d rather find a more comfortable hotel.

If I could 3.5 I would. Hotel is clean enough, rooms are comfortable, service and people are very helpful. The restaurant has amazing views and has potential but needs attention. The bar has a very sub-par selection and the bartender wasn't exactly attentive to empty glasses. The location is perfect, about 1 block from a metro station so you don't have to have a rental car if you don't want one, save the parking fee. There was a very annoying issue with the elevators while we were there. One stopped on every odd number floor, one didn't work at all. They were hot or miss. However, id like to give them the benefit of the doubt and guess this was a one time thing and out of their control. It's not like the guy at the front counter can fix the elevators.
Overall, I would recommend this place for someone wanting to save a little money and be close to a metro station.

I would definitely recommend this place. Room are quite, comfortable beds and most important clean. But the most memorable was the customer service provided by staff, Karol and Patrick. They are very knowledgeable and GREAT personality. I rarely take the time to write reviews but I needed to recognize these two employees. Thanks.

Amazing complimentary breakfast. Staff is very helpful. Room service was fast and friendly. Rooms are nice but kind of small. Location was perfect. It was in between Georgetown and DC.

Good hotel, good price, booked through Orbitz. The included breakfast is a full service breakfast, definitely not a 'continental breakfast' like other hotels. There is a $20/day parking fee but the parking in DC is crazy. The parking garage is small, so if you have a larger vehicle it'll be a tight squeeze. The pool is also 12 ft and goes to 16 ft so be careful with kids.

I booked this hotel for a night stay. Checking in was very smooth, my room was very neat and clean. I'll definitely book at this location again. You also have plenty of convenient places around you in the event that you need stuff like food, drinks, ect.

Good first: the location, super nice area, close to downtown or Falls Church. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly. The bad: First room I walked into smelled like someone had smoked right before I walked in, I asked to change and no issues there. Room number 2, musty smell, smallest bathroom I've ever seen in a hotel, the office chair was put together backwards and tried to dump you out, everything just looks slightly dingy and VERY well used. Base boards coming apart, the bathroom grout is almost black, shower floor stained badly. If it wasn't for my employer putting me up here, I would have been long gone. Overall this feels like a cheap motel and not what I was expecting at all.

The hotel was clean and quiet, while located in a very modern area just across the bridge from Georgetown and down the street from Arlington Cemetery. It could use an upgrade though! Room fixtures are dated and a significant upgrade be performed to the whole interior. All in all, our experience has been good, but expect a bit more for the cost.

Location is excellent and just a short walk across the Key Bridge to Georgetown. The view from my 7th floor room was good and parking is free in the hotel garage. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful.

However, the rooms are old and the bathrooms are about the quality you'd expect at a low end motel. The hotel lobby is not inviting and there isn't much in the way of public space to hang out outside of your room. The hotel is badly in need of a renovation, but it appears they have deferred maintenance in favor of something big in a few years like a knock down and redo.

Room was as expected, clean and comfortable with a little balcony. Tiny bathroom fitting the downtown location. Decent parking. BUT do not bother with the breakfast. The coffee was lousy, the oatmeal watery, the bacon swimming in grease. Very limited selection of fruit and breads. Standard scrambled "eggs"

Good: Very close to metro station, the parking is free in the hotel garage. The view is nice from the restaurant. Can run across the key bridge to Georgetown.
The front desk staff was very nice and efficient. Housekeeping broke something in our room and the front desk reimbursed us very quickly. We also requested a mini fridge and they sent it up almost immediately.

Less good: the time spent waiting for elevators was incredibly longThe breakfast is very repetitive. It's actually the exact same offering every single day. Often no muffins left by the time we got there, no bagels, same melon and pineapple (can we get some bananas??), just two types of rather boring adult cerealBy the end we kind of dreaded it. The servers try to make their presence felt a bit too much and actually asked us to leave a tip.
The hotel is starting to show its age, the rooms need lots of little repairs.
    The gym is really tiny.
The pool didn't have any shallow areas that my preschoolers could stand in so they were quite disappointed with it.

Our two night stay was a pleasant one. Calm, clean and upscale hotel in a modern surrounding near Roslyn metro station where you can catch Blue, Orange and Silver trains to the National Mall. Free car parking, nice view from the 17th floor Vantage point restaurant are a plus, however lack of complimentary breakfast was bit disappointment. Check in time was 3 PM but the staff was kind enough to make us check in as early as 1 PM. Will go back again and recommend this place.
