Beautiful hotel from lobby to room! Gorgeous overall! Swans in lobby pool a nice touch. Indoor pool and exercise room. Comfortable 2 room setup. Definately stay here again at such an excellent $99 rate!

It was aight.. We always stay the weekend for work and so far it's been a guarantee, Everytime, that our room keys will stop working after the first day, and then the replacements work fine the last 2 days.. No idea why.. it kinda sucks working a 16 hour day, getting to your room, then having to go downstairs and prove your not a terrorist to get the replacement, etc.. But that's the only bad thing I can really say about this place..

Unless you think about the swans, which I'm sure most people don't.. Think about it, what keeps the swans in the lobby from leaving that little pond or flying away? Did embassy break their legs and their wings? Maybe they starve them and only feed them just enough not to die, so they don't have the energy and will power? I suppose they could be well trained but I doubt it.. and when you look at them after reading this, you can see that they seem sad.. all they know in this world is each other.. 😥

Great weekend getaway hotel. Free happy hour and made to order breakfast included. Two room suites. Indoor pool and hot tub. Close to great international restaurants. Also, swans.

We had an amazing weekend as a family at the Embassy Suites. The hotel was stunning, the breakfast was the best that you'll find at any hotel (literally everything you could possibly want, including made-to-order food like omelettes). The Manager's reception in the evenings were another bonus. The indoor heated pool & hot tub were fun for the kids & adults. They even have live swans that swim inside in a separate pool right in the center of the hotel! The staff was great & shuttled us to nearby locations like the Metro rail & Air & Space Museum. Our room was very spacious and fit our family just fine with a nice separate room for mom & dad. We couldn't imagine a better experience. We felt like we were living like lifestyles of the rich & famous!

Friendly and helpful staff, shuttle service too and from the airport which runs every 15 minutes! Rooms are spacious and beds are extra comfortable. They also have 2 swans in the lobby which is something I've never seen before!

Great hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean. They offered to reimburse my cab ride from IAD since they didn't have a shuttle running when I arrived bear midnight. Happy hour and breakfast were very good. Oh and they have their own swans in the lobby water feature. Very nice.

I've stayed hear at least 20 times. Love the staff. Nice social in the evening. Cook to order breakfast is great! The renovation was hard but the swans are back in the lobby so all is good. The dinner fare meh. Just eat dinner somewhere else.

Great place to stay the night. Super close to the airport. The nightly reception and free breakfast are a nice treat. We ate at the restaurant and enjoyed our dinner even though the service was a bit slow. All the staff were wonderful and so polite. We would definitely stay there again if we are in the area. Oh, the swans in the atrium are a fun touch.

This place has a beautiful lobby and nice hotel rooms. I've never seen a hotel with swans swimming on the first floor - which is a plus for uniqueness! Great free breakfast as well. A few complaints are that the room door slams, the restaurant service is slow, the shower faucet leaks, and the pull out bed on the couch is uncomfortable. Otherwise, it's a good hotel!

My family and I where returning from our mission trip in Honduras (04/23/17). After a long day of travel, with delays and long lines, we are very tired and only wanted to rest. We arrive at 10 am at the hotel pick up zone (2H) and supersized by the 48 degree weather, we didn't bring any jackets because it is April and the average temperatures in Honduras is 90 degrees. Nerveless we had to wait out in the cold. 10:15 our shuttle was scheduled to arrive (Holiday Inn Dulles Airport) and we waited a 10 more minutes and at 10:20 the shuttle for your hotel arrived. The driver (Jose Maria) asked us how are we, and we responded "tire and cold". Then he asked us what shuttle we are waiting for and we told him. He said that the shuttle might be longer because of traffic. With no else at the stop Jose Maria offered to take us in to the Holiday Inn . I was very surprised that he offered being from a competitive hotel. I myself work in hospitality. He immediately proceeded to store our bags into the vehicle and said to wait inside in the warmth of the shuttle. Jose Maria's compassion for my family need to be known. Especially after all the crazy hoopla that it is going on with the airlines and guest service. But Jose Maria truly represent the Hilton brand core values. His hospitality went beyond a brand, his integrity was above all when he kindly refused my tip. He took ownership of our situation regardless of our accommodations choice. I am very happy to have met Jose Maria and his amazing service. He is a true asset to your hotel.

Great hotel! We just stayed there on 2/18/17-2/19/17. The rooms were very nice! It looked like a brand new hotel inside the place! I also loved the swans! George and Martha are great in this place! I also liked the staff, they're very nice. Plus, there was some problems at this hotel at the same time when I'm enjoying it. One of the problems was the food service. When I was ordering food the waiter told me, "Oh, sorry! I'm so sorry! We have no system! You can't order anything!" What do you mean "no system"? I don't get it. There was also another issue during breakfast. The same waiter said, "There's eggs in the lid." But, there was nothing there! Then, they said "Sorry, we ran out of food!" How can you run out food? Those were the only major issues in the hotel. Overall, this place is still great to stay!
