The room was spotless, the bathroom, bed blankets and pillows were extremely comfy. It's a shame not to have a microwave. I'd give the hotel 4.5 stars if the garage elevators worked. Be prepared to have to carry luggage up 3 or 4 flights of stairs with no help from staff.

I attendded a professional event here for my company. The ballroom was nice and large and the speaker/microphone system worked well. Has valet service at the front entrance, which was a plus. I believe the hotel catered some simple breakfast in the morning and it was quite good. Seems like a nice place to stay too.

Good service but food was okay. Asked for a burger medium rare. Came out well done and burner (Patty was literally black). Didn't give it a one star because the server was good as we're the fries and complimentary bread+butter.

Really, really love this place. For my job I come here often with groups and the staff is so kind and friendly. Breakfast is always fresh and delicious. It's a good location, obviously not right in the hear of D.C. but there is a lot to do within the area.

Great hotel! Clean rooms, attentive staff. Restaurant service was poor, so one lost star for that. Also, don't try to stay here if the parking garage elevator isn't working. We had to carry luggage up five flights of stairs to the hotel lobby.

Really great hotel, comfortable beds and room. Really friendly staff and ideally located for local restaurants and metro. Short walk to beautiful Georgetown and a pleasant but longer walk to the monuments down the river. Highly recommended.

The room doors don't block out any noise. You hear everything from the hallway, and it was very noisy during my stay. The lobby bar is pricey, $28 for a double Grey Goose. Rooms are on the small size.

For people visiting the area with other accommodations, the Hyatt has a great early bird parking deal as well as a good happy hour. Good location, too. Fully recommended, although I've never been in a room!

Hotel staff was friendly and welcoming on arrival. Rooms are very nice and exceeded our expectations. More specifically, the TV was larger than we expected and the beds were very comfortable. Dining options are scarce at the hotel itself, but there are several great places to eat in the surrounding area. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

After a few stays here and a wonderful experience each time, I knew it was time to write a review for this place.
Every single stay I've had has resulted in the best service all the way through - from check-in, to housekeeping, to all of the employees at the front desk making sure I have everything I need and know about anything happening at the hotel during my stay. Every employee I've encountered has gone above and beyond the standard politeness and that alone makes me want to stay here again.
Other than that, this hotel is in a super convenient location (right by the metro, taxis out front, etc.) and is in close proximity to lots of restaurants and a CVS, should you need one. The buffet breakfast in the morning is really great as well - tons of options (omelets, French Toast, eggs, potatoes, pastries, yogurt, fruit, literally everything). Hotel rooms have always been clean, tidy and equipped with everything I need.response / report this review -

Location is fantastic. Unfortunately I paid for a City view room and am on the fifth floor with not much of a view. The shower takes forever to get hot and my sink was clogged. Other than that the room has plenty of power plugs, a very nice king bed and s huge TV.

The view is wonderful. The rooms are small but clean , well decorated, and comfortable. There are many accommodations available at the front desk if not in the room. The customer service is again wonderful and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Clean modern room in a bustling area. Tons of quality restaurants and attractions in the area. Complimentary wifi for up to 4 devices and an excellent in hotel restaurant and bar. The only negative I have is the charge for parking and a very strong (yet not unpleasant) smell in the lobby. The cleaner they use perhaps? I would stay again.
