Nothing but good things. The manager was very courteous. We were allowed an early check in even when the front desk clerk had no idea or maybe was hesitant to do an early check in. The manager was very polite and helpful. Can't say much about the front desk clerk though.

Very friendly, excellent staff. Clean, modern rooms are nicely decorated. Disappointed there was no pool though.

Extremely friendly and accomodating service. The location is also handy: near enough to the district to be convenient, far enough away that the neighborhood can have its own personality. Very walkable area.

Great hotel- recently renovated. Rooms are spacious, very well appointed, comfortable and mine had a balcony which you can actually use. The bar and restaurant are great as is the gym. Great location close to restaurants and easy walk to the metro. Service was excellent especially Zack, Reza and Rahel. Thanks!

BEWARE! Breakfast buffet package listed on site while booking isnt an actual buffet. It's only a buffet of small poor choice options. Super misleading. Book the better room and pay for breakfast at the Starbucks/bistro in the lobby. Refrigator in my suite hardly works and TV remote batteries are dead and corroded from leaking battery acid. Breakfast picture attached :(

Stayed 5 nights. Comfortable beds. Starbucks in Bistro plus a full Starbucks on the way to the Metro. Never had a problem using the shuttle to get places or picked up. Front desk very helpful, love, love, love Erica. Large bathroom. Nice sofa-room for two. Tons of desk tops to work on. Parking is underground and need a pass to get to it, very secure. Lots of eating places within 10 minute walk. Metro 5 minutes walk, 10-15 minutes to Smithsonian metro stop. Just wish the doors had a carpet sweeper on the bottom of the door to cut some of the noise from other people coming and going. Yes you do hear air traffic, but mainly during the day. Never bothered us at night. Most like stay here again if we come back to DC

The location and atmosphere of this hotel are great. It is within walking distance to many restaurants and stores. It also has a 24-hour fitness center and access to various items, like beverages, food, and medicines. Additionally, the room was clean and staff were generally friendly. The only thing that was disappointing was the fact that their website states that they have an indoor pool when they in fact do not have one (A staff member told us that they used to have one and no longer do). Overall, the stay has been an enjoyable experience.

Best bed I have ever slept in. Walking distance from the white house and the lincoln memorial. Friendly and curtious staff. $16 doller a night dedicated underground parking with ample space.

Meeting room was very nice. Paid three dollars for a tiny waterbottle, though, which sucked. Either way it's a beautiful place!

The rooms are clean, and the ADA compliance for my room was comfortable and tasteful. The staff have been super friendly and very accommodating. I'm a fan of the modern design of the room itself, and the artwork is beautiful. TV, coffee maker, and refrigerators are included in the room, with microwaves upon request. I would definitely visit again.

Check in was great, staff was accomodating. Upon arrival in room, bathroom sink was not clean as if someone had shaved and left the remains in the sink. The carpet under the sink was drenched. Since it was very very late, we did not want to move our room and just go to sleep. Next morning, bathroom sink drains VERY slowly, carpet still wet and at 8 am the most annoying drilling sound started. When we asked front desk about it, she said they were working on the pool and the noise would continue all day. The noise was also in the lobby so there was no where to escape. Considering one occupant was staying in the room for several hours, this was a big inconvenience. If I had been told that there was construction, I would have chosen another hotel in the area. Nice hotel and I would stay here again but I think management should have been more considerate to their guests and informed them about the work
