    A true gem
Needing to make a surprise trip from SC to Boston I booked this sight unseen. The room was clean and comfortable and inexpensive. But the most impressive part of my arrival was Leanne! She was such a sweet woman willing to listen to me through a trying time for me and my family. May God bless you, and your caring nature was so appreciated.
Still, emotions aside, clean, comfy room and very reasonable. I would recommend this motel to anyone who would ask. Thank you Leanne and the entire business.

Easy drive from central DC, rooms are cozy yet swanky. Such nice staff. They observe the do not disturb sign yet still ask you if you need anything if they see you. Best extended stay hotel i've had in a long time.

Location is very convenient. Rooms are nice enough but could use a face lift. Very busy hotel with only one washer and dryer. Also restaurant attached to hotel is nice but there is no continental breakfast so you have to get breakfast that way. Overall staff is friendly.

Great hotel for the price! And they allow dogs! It's always hard to find a nicer hotel when you have your dog with you, so I was worried at first, but it turned out great. Good location, food near by that you can walk to. Microwave and fridge at no additional charge is always nice as well.

Looks like a motel from the outside but the inside and especially the rooms are really nice. They are clean, the furniture is nice, amenities provided, I was not worried to sleep on the bed or take a shower. Just looking at the room I could tell it was kept up with. Also, staff was nice. It's on the edge of Arlington so getting to DC is really easy. Good location for food and other things as well!

Great location for visiting DC. Short walk to the Metro. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Nice little restaurant next door with breakfast, lunch, and decent pizza. The room was fine, not fancy but adequate. It was a good place to stay for a very reasonable price. I'd stay there again.

This hotel is an adequate place to stay but it is in need of MAJOR renovations. Our showerhead sprayed everywhere except for to the front and the water is scalding hot. Additionally, I wanted to take a bath but there was no plug for the tub and when we asked for or we were told none were available. Also there is no continental breakfast but they do have coffee. The seals around the door are very poor and I would think the rooms would be quite cold in the winter. Again this hotel is adequate but considering the amount of options in the area I will likely choose somewhere else the next time I am in the DC area.

Everything was almost perfect. Nice, clean room where everything worked. The bed was a little soft but OK. Staff was super. The restaurant, Ledo's, was a big hit. We didn't have to pay extra for parking. The hotel was within walking distance of the metro station, the USMC memorial, and Arlington Cemetery. Easy access to and from the highway. My family had a great time and that's all that matters. We will definitely stay here next time we're in the DC area.

Wonderful hotel that's SPOTLESS, including the inside of the coffee maker! The indoor pool is great after a hectic day in DC. Location can't be beat! It's only a few short blocks from the Metro and across the street from Arlington National Cemetery. The staff are welcoming and very helpful. Always quick service if you ever need anything. The pictures throughout are a tribute to all of our soldiers and the Arlington National Cemetery. I would give it 5 stars, but the internet was slow and unable to use during peak times. Also, there's no ATM on site nor at the restaurant next door. Plus the hallways and elevator were hot because it's an older building and it wasn't designed to have cooling in these areas. Otherwise, a wonderful stay and will definitely return in the future.

Great overall experience. One of the best rooms I have seen. Extremely well taken care of, almost sparkling all over. Only issue was very crowed at breakfast, and the food was not looking to good. But, when the staff came out and refilled the food and cleaned up, it was looking great. Slow check in, but just because they were busy.

It was pretty much average for the price you pay for the hotel. All rooms were none smoking and the rooms were pretty normal. Decor was regular. The tub was huge and it was update. We had two sinks. The beds were pretty good. Wifi was super fast. They change the password every few days so if you are for a longer stay make sure you check with the front desk. The bathroom smelt like sweaty people when we came in but it was okay. VERY close to all sorts of restaurants and food places. AND super close to the train station which took us everywhere! The Smithsonian and the Capitol. It was really good for the price. It maybe shabby but all was good.

I love this Best Western. I visit Arlington National Cemetery quite often (as my husband is there) and the location couldn't be better. There is free parking (which is such a plus) and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and comfortable and I've never had any issues. I also love the Ledo's pizza that is adjacent to the hotel. It's nice to be able to get good food and drinks (at a reasonable price) and not have to take an Uber or have to drive and worry about parking. The hotel is also convenient to the metro station so visiting the D.C. Area is easy and hassle-free. I will never stay anywhere else and recommend it to everyone!

Great and affordable place to stay in DC. Conveniently located next to metro and airport. The free coffee in the lobby area is available 24/7. The staff is amazing, very professional and knowledgeable of the area. Very helpful. There is a phone in the lobby that is connected directly to a taxi company. Great idea! The rooms are big enough, but somewhat outdated. A place to go back to on our next stay in DC.

The hotel staff was incredibly friendly, and even gave us a gift bag after our late arrival with waters, granola, and Doritos (we were the guest of the day, a rewards perk we did not know about previously). The room is small but comfortable, the air conditioning is a welcome relief from the warm days and works well. The room is clean and there is a fridge and microwave, and despite reviews we read before coming, we have plenty of access to outlets as the lamps in the room have outlets at the base. Very friendly staff and great location, we don't have a vehicle and it has been easy to get around with metro/taxis/Uber/walking.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very clean, as was the overall hotel. There is a very clean, restaurant/ lounge right on the property that was also very good. We stayed here to travel into D.C. for sightseeing. It was very close to the metro station for easy public transportation. Very walkable area for restaurants. On our check out day they allowed us to keep our vehicle parked there as we traveled into the City one last time.
