Came to visit to scope out a location to plan an event. The place was very well designed and looked very pleasant. People at the front desk were very friendly and very helpful. Had no problems answering any of the questions we had. Request to meet the event manager was quick and accommodating.

I simply had lunch there but the service, knowledge and recommendations on the lunch options that Ivory (staff) provided was excellent. The Reuben Sandwich was delicious!

I really enjoy this place. The rooms are clean and staff are so courteous. Front bar is one of my favorite things. The only odd thing I've ever had in this hotel was them moving my toothbrush and a number of other things. I threw them all out of course but I thought it was odd that they would touch my toothbrush and a few other personal items.

Cant say enough good things about this hotel and staff
Excellent customer service. Front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Smiles and welcomes when you return.
Rooms were nice, clean and new. Quiet rooms as well. Large desk for working and satellite TV so lots of channels.

The only thing is the wireless doesn't let you stream music unless your on Premium at 9.99/day.

Very nice and clean hotel. Rooms are very well organized. Handicap suites are very user friendly. The restaurant is delicious and had a variety of selections. The wait staff is very friendly but can sometimes be inconsistent as far as knowledge and ability.

Fantastic rooms. Great service. Manager's reception is always great, and the food at the restaurant is pretty good. Great beer selection as well.

Nice large room with a great big walk in shower. The air conditioner worked perfectly. The hotel had a large buffet style for breakfast and even a manager special reception at night. Would definitely stay here again.

We rated it an excellent 5. Beautiful environment, enormous resort. Friendly and professional staff. Rosa was one of our favorites while the stay. We had the pleasure of speaking to her and the amount of enthusiasm, commitment and attentive behavior she displayed was remarkable. Not enough words to speak on such a wonderful visit. Always clean. Great glass & tile walk in shower with high water pressure. Kitchenette is a small fridge, microwave, and sink - no plastic or silverware or plates. Great full breakfast with made to order omelets. Great complimentary non-alcohol & alcoholic drinks with heavy snacks.

Room was large and very quiet. Small dining table, microwave and fridge made it convenient. Breakfast was good, and the dining area was very spacious. Bed was amazing!! Can't say enough about how comfortable the mattress was. Nothing is within walking distance, but there is a good selection of restaurants within 5 to 10 minutes. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and comfortable. They have a decent gym and the breakfast was quite yummy. Also, there was a free cocktail hour! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.

Clean. Decent rooms. Great bar, great breakfast, good food too. Honestly would give it a 5 star but I book a double queen room and they gave me a king and a couch instead. I've been sleeping on a pull out for 3 nights. They gave me free food tickets, but that doesn't fix my back.

I have no complaints. Normally I don't stay at embassy suites because they then to be on the expensive side however it is definitely worth the value. The breakfast was a wonderful spread and the staff was super friendly. Same thing at happy hour. For being free drinks they served premium beverages and they had plenty of snacks. I ordered dinner to nights in a row and was surprised by what I received and the price tag. The food was amazing and so was the price. The room was also amazing. You can tell the staff takes pride in their work and the hotel. Absolutely top notch. If possible I'm only going t stay at embassy suites now.
