I just returned from 2 weeks vacation in Orlando - staying at the Holiday Inn Celebration. This was my second stay at this property. I loved it!! I asked for a clean, quiet room facing the main street - and that's exactly what I got. It was just perfect for me. The staff are so helpful and accommodating. Everyone seemed happy to help. The location is fantastic. They offer a shuttle to the Disney Parks - but if you want to come and go on your own time - you can catch a bus right in front of the hotel. The #56 only takes 18 minutes to get you to Disney. I have only one complaint: they don't have recycling. Other than that - I will definitely be back again soon. Thanks to all the staff for a great stay.

The hotel is in a great location and has very friendly staff. Ran into two small quirks though. One was that one night it was very cold and the heat on the room unit dis not work. Other thing we ran into was the kitchen staff ignoring me for a good 10 minutes as I stood waiting to order. I eventually walked out and went elsewhere for food. Front desk is super friendly and the bar area is great. If you're traveling with small kids, request a room that isn't facing the pool. It gets loud.

Awesome hotel with friendly staff, our room was a single king & was very spacious, clean, & comfortable. It came with a mini fridge & had a private balcony with a great view! The bed was very comfortable & bathroom was very clean! Highly recommended!

Stayed here to visit family for Thanksgiving week. The place is nice & clean. Service was good. But parking spaces are not enough if you come in at night people are parked on the grass because there aren't enough spaces even when you go to the back you risk your car being towed which they need to fix & expand. Also breakfast should be free! Other than that I would come stay again.

Perfectly serviceable hotel that is getting long in the tooth. Our room has several non-working power outlets, and the bathroom could really use a caulking job to hide the cracks and the moisture damage from said cracks. The front desk staff is satisfactory, but had a very difficult time locating a package dropped off for us. (After asking 4 times, with persistence, they finally found it). If you're using rewards or getting a rate around $125/nightI'd say go for it. However, I'm not sure it's worth much more than thatthough it's in a great location.

I will not go here again!! I gotta be honest. I wasn't happy. An hour to check in at 11pm. And then the rooms. I can promise you the sheets where not changed the night before. There where hairs on the bedsheets and the pillow cases. There is a keurig in each room and we had the 3 cups of decaf not quality service or even good service not changing sheets!!!

Will never stay there again. Had 275 dollars worth of property stolen by an employee. The manager Ruth Martinez wouldn't even say sorry. She just continuously told me there was nothing she could do. As soon as I said I was calling corporate she began stutter stepping her words and acting more concerned asking me to "text" her personal phone a list of stolen items but then told me she would have to email corporate to ask them what they wanted her to do. The biggest slap inn face was that she never attempted to make the wrong right to my face, however around 11:00 pm someone slid an envelope under our door with a breakfast buffet voucher with a note written on the envelope that said "please enjoy breakfast on us, Ruth Martinez"

Loved it!Stayed here for four days early December. Loved this place. From hotel lobby to our room, everything was spotless. Room was big with ample seating space. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was big. We stayed on the seventh floor and the view was nice. We enjoyed seeing Disney fireworks from our balcony. Free WiFi was fast and reliable. Breakfast was not free but at a decent price. Location was excellent with many food options available nearby. Only issue I faced was the printer in the conference room did die on me when I needed it the most. Though overall very positive experience. Will stay again.

Loved this place! Good price, clean hotel (except I wasn't too impressed with the cleanliness of the tub cracks), but what I loved the most was the little fridge and microwave. My husband and I totally bought groceries for the whole week and only bought treats and souvenirs at Disney world (saved us a ton of money). They even have a free shuttle going to Disney world! Loved the view, King size bed, etc. We also worked out at the little gym, and swam a little in the pool. The hotel employees were really nice to us. Overall, a great place to sleep and shower (S&S instead of B&B since there's no complimentary breakfast)

Last month, after being disappointed with another hotel, I made a walk-in booking with the Holiday Inn Celebration. The staff were incredibly accommodating and i viewed our room before committing. We stayed in a family room with bunk beds which was very nice, clean and presentable. Our room was kept to a nice standard and was on the whole very nice. The breakfast was great and had a nice selection. The pools were nicely kept, and there was even a car rental desk within the hotel. The hotel has shuttles to Disney which worked well for us, so saved us money on Disney parking.

I wouldn't go as far to say the hotel in excellent, as there are small cosmetic elements that you will find with most hotels, but on the whole, the hotel was a great find and a great deal. The staff were very nice and i would recommend a visit if staying in the area.

Good hotel with a nice swimming pool and a jacuzzi. Great little restaurant, bar and convenience store. The shower is fantastic. Negative points: they put us in a room with a bunk bed (it was my brother and me), and there were no ceiling lights in the room, just lamps- which was weird. The shuttle bus was really old and dirty.

This hotel is located in a prime location if you are wanting to go to the Orlando parks or dinner shows. The buildings are huge but old. Many appliances haven't changed in the past 10 or 15 years. Beds aren't the best but not too bad. You get a balcony you can use. They have breakfast which smells wonderful but costs quite a bit figuring other holiday inns are free. Everything else is about what you would expect. Staff seem pleasant and helpful and room service is mostly foreign, we had to find another member to translate for them since one lady couldn't understand us. Overall great place to stay for the price.

My family an I stayed there for a week. Didn't realize how small the rooms an bathrooms are. Their picture on their website is very deceiving. There was an old brownies underneath the dresser on top of the TV it was 2 inches thick of dust. I asked somebody to come dust. no one showed up. The manager May is very disrespectful. She was not accommodating at all. All the other staff there was very accommodating very friendly. If you go there I would suggest not dealing with May. My daughter left her iPad and my son left his watch. One manager told me they would be shipping it to me. I called back four days later to be sure everything was cool. When I called back May answer the phone told her the situation. She put me on hold about three different times. With different excuses every time. She got back on the phone and told me she needed my credit card number. I told her I will not give you my credit card number because I do not trust you. Please give me someone else. Told her I have no problem giving my credit card number but I will not be giving it to you. She would not give me someone else to talk to. Told me she is the one handling this. She has no customer service etiquette. But I do want to emphasize that other then May the staff is very accommodating and friendly .

We stayed at this Holiday Inn for 3 nights during Star Wars Celebration; big mistake Nothing seemed to work in the room. The iron didn't work, the TV didn't work, and the AC would only blow "cool" air. In addition, the beds were worn out and the room just didn't feel clean. We also found an article of closing underneath the bed that had been left by a previous occupant.
There are three elevators however, only one was working making it difficult to catch the elevator with enough room to take the luggage cart down. The overall appearance of the inside of the building was just unclean.
The reason we stayed at this resort was because I friends were cashing in their points and even sat through a "time share" presentation with them. If you are trying to sell a time share; perhaps don't stick us in the worse facility that you have.
