Location is really good. 4 minutes drive to the outlet and within 15 minutes drive to all Disney parks and Disney springs with moderate traffic. There are a lot of restaurants around as well. The service is good, and the amenities are great--awesome pool. But breakfast is the same everyday, so if you're staying for more than 3 days you might be bored by the third day. Otherwise, the room is clean and the location is great!

Fast and easy with very good customer service. The rooms are cozy and clean with good distribution and space. For breakfast there is a nice buffet to enjoy before heading to the parks!

Clean and well laid out. Rooms are spacious and staff are friendly. The free breakfast is generous, with a wide variety of items from cereal to eggs. The hotel is part of the Marriott village, so some amenities you might expect in the hotel, like the fitness room, are located in a sister property.

Good breakfast, very nice and accommodating staff. No bell boys so be prepared to carry your things. That doesn't bother me at all, but thought it was worth mention as it will probably be a problem for some people. They do have carts. The rooms were very nice and very clean. Double room has pull out bed and two tv's. Can't stress how much I was surprised by the quality of this hotel from other reviews. Very nice place. Hope this helps.

The hotel is really nice, the rooms are spacious and comfortable and the breakfast is really good. It annoys me I had to pay for parking though. You can also hear noise from the corridor and neighboring rooms but that wasn't frequent.

Construction has been going on for over a year. Parking lot is cramped. Pay to park at the hotel. No 24hr front desk. No gym. No bar. No coffee bar. You have to cut through the pool in an uncovered area (through torrential rain on occasion) to get to some rooms. The breakfast was consistently barely warmed up. The room's were barely cleaned and restocked.
They did have a travel guide concierge service at the front desk though, but you can make quicker, cheaper reservations on your smart phone.
I've been to worse hotels, but I have definitely been to better in Orlando.

I checked into my room and there was a cockroach and several small bugs crawling all over the sink. I requested a room change and they moved me to another floor and the other end of the hotel. The new room was fine. Bed was comfortable but it was hard to get over the bugs from the first room.

Hotel is convenient to Disney but a little bit of a hike to the convention center. The room is clean but generally unremarkable. There is a small refrigerator and microwave which is nice. The bed itself is generally comfortable but the pillows are insubstantial. I wouldn't avoid staying here again but I wouldn't seek it out either - there's nothing strongly for or against this hotel in general.

We stay at ALOT of Marriott properties every year. This has to rank as one of the worst. Our first room had a broken AC. It took a long time to get a new room. Then that room did not have the king size bed but had 2 full size beds. We didn't complain though because at least the room was cool. The next issue was the dirty washcloths in our shower. Which makes me pretty sure they didn't clean the room well at all. The next thing is their "transportation to all 4 Disney parks". This really means to the depot were you have to shuttle to the park you want to go to. The redeeming points were the pools were fun for our daughter and Lucy and Jim were kind.

Terribly disappointed. Checked in 1100 am knowing I was early told they'd get my room ready asap. Went to lunch came back 230pm (still no call) waited until 4pm (hour after check in time) still no room ready. Had to leave to pickup kids at Disney got back at 7 and room still not ready. Eventually had to downgrade room to get a place to stay for night. Room was disgusting, rusty tub, shower curtain didn't go down far enough, so floor soaked after every shower. The bathroom had no exhaust fan either so it was constantly wet in there. Breakfast was mediocre with hardly any choices. Soggy waffles, only sausage daily. As a Marriott member I'm disappointed.

Staff is great, welcoming, and helpful. Rooms are large and clean. Breakfast was delicious. We'll definitely be back. 1.5 miles to Sea World. Close to shopping, Premium Outlet Mall, eating, etc.. overall great time!

I've stayed a couple nights here and have loved it. After a long day at the parks, it was nice to smoothly get checked in and get to my room. The room was clean and spacious, with plenty of space to set up a workstation for myself and be able to relax when I'm done without tearing it down. Breakfast was plentiful and staff was friendly. They even gave me an idea where to move out here.

The lobby was beautiful and spacious. There was a breakfast place in the lobby, which was not as good as I expected. The breakfast place needs a more options. The Mickey waffles were really good, but I couldn't get it out of the iron so maybe some spray could help. The elevators were a little slow, but nice. The rooms have two televisions! A sofa, a coffee maker, a microwave, a fridge, a sink, a TV in front of the sofa :D The sofa, coffee maker, fridge, etc were in the right side of the hotel. Right next to the TV was the bathroom. The bathroom was a little bit dirty, but didn't make a discomfort. The shower was really nice. The bathroom didn't have the sink in it, the sink was outside of the bathroom. Then on the left side of the room were the two beds, which were nice and comfortable and had a TV in front. There was a closet close to the window. The window was big and for us had a view of the pool. So overall, it was a really good hotel.

The staff are incredibly nice and the rooms are comfortable and have microwaves and fridges, which are a must for me. Since it is a part of the Marriott community, we had the options of three pools and 4 hot tubs! As well as numerous nearby food places and a personal Starbucks in one of the hotels. It is in a gated community, so it feels safe and it's close to all the attractions in Orlando. Highly recommend!

I would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat. We only needed to stay for the night, but the staff was amazing. When I got stuck having to work the entire day, Christopher behind the desk could not do enough for me. They let me set up in their common area, allowed me to print, scan, and fax using the hotel equipment. They offered late check out and were as professional and courteous as any hotel I've been to. And he had a smile on his face every time I headed toward the front desk. The property itself was beautiful with a great pool and walking distance to several great hotels. Thank you for making a bad situation so much easier to be able to work through.
