From beginning to end, the staff was very friendly and warm. Professional in every manner and helpful with knowledge of the services they provide and local events. We enjoyed our stay with the clean rooms and excellent service at breakfast. Truly recommend this Doubletree Suites for any stay in the area.

Located off Lake Buena Vista. Good sized suites with comfortable beds/linens. Clean. Ran into cleaning crew in hallway. Very kind and offered help for anything we might need. Nice to be given warm cookies upon arrival. Nice front desk staff. Only slightly negatives: towels hard rather than soft and toilet paper very thin

The location is great if you're planning on visiting any of the Disney parks while stay off property. The staff was excellent and very helpful. The rooms were very clean and we didn't have any issues during our stay. The pool area is also very nice as well, especially after a long day on your feet.

I simply do not like Hilton Hotels and this DoubleTree further confirmed my dislike. The shower in my room just stopped having hot water the last morning. The TV kept blacking out channels; you have to get up and unplug a cord in the back to reset the TV to get the channels back. The breakfast at the hotel is outrageously expensive. $20 for a breakfast buffet they is just decent hotel food, at best. I have never stayed at a Hyatt House that does not include a breakfast buffet with much higher quality food. They also charge about $25 per day per vehicle to park yourself. They hotel looks like they have not updated it since the 90s. Finally, the little things are just annoying. We were staying in a suite able to hold 8 to 10 people. However, they only put enough coffee supplies for 2 people. They were quick to respond when we needed something, but other than that I simply do not understand why people stay at Hilton Hotels. I definitely would stay somewhere else if they were not all booked.

Not impressed with food and service at the pool for lunch. Took too long . Server/bartender was doing room service while we waited. Executive Chef
Was there.but if we wanted more than a water or soda while waiting we were out of luck. Poor execution. Poor customer service for this type of operation.
Spoke with the Executive Chef and and h e empathized and gave us breakfast upgrades which we greatly appreciated.
My wife and I also had dinner there and thoroughly enjoyed it. I think they would do more business if they had someone to greet all potential guest. Our waiter was host, bartender, and server. A lot moving parts for one individual! I actually greeted a family to let them know that someone would be with them shortly. šresponse / report this review -

This hotel is part of a Good Neighbor program with Disney World. I usually stay exclusively with Disney resorts while visiting, but the Double Tree is on par with the moderate category Disney resorts. They do charge $20/night for parking, however that is my only gripe. They offered transportation to and from the parks, but I decided to drive myself. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly. The extent of my experience with this property was the lobby and room.

Cannot rate rooms. Was only there to pick up a rental car, and purchased a drink from the on-site store. I did ask reception where to go. All staff were pleasant and friendly. Location was good, and facilities looked nice. My only issue with with the lady at the rental pickup, as she was late and I was in a hurry, which is why my pickup was booked for when I needed it.

First of all they say they are "walking distance to Disney Springs" well "walking distance" is very subjective and in Florida heat it becomes ridiculous having to walk for quite a while on busy roads and through parking lots. There is not a direct route to follow. Secondly their bus service that arrives "every half hour on the hour" is a flat out lie. Not only does it arrive late every single time by up to 15 or more minutes, but also I had the joyous experience of the bus not even stopping. It just drove right through the parking lot not stopping for anyone. Best of all is the fact that after the bus ride you then have to walk for a while to the tram service and then take that into magic kingdom. All in all this has just been quite a frustrating and unpleasant experience. If you're debating it, go to an actual Disney Resort, don't waste your time with this place. Having been to Disney Resorts before the experience is 10x better and they don't lie about the services you will get. Will not be back.

Convenient to Disney Springs, if a bit far for small kids to walk. Good size rooms and suites are excellent value. Pool and gym on the small side but fine if you plan to stay for other attractions. Nice shuttle service to Disney as well. Service in general was good, responsive and friendly.

After talking to the hotel, we we're able to early check in which gave us an entire extra day of Disney World. The rooms were very clean and room service is always available upon request. Great place to stay if your planning a vacation to Disney World.

I am so glad I stayed at this hotel, the staff is so professional. Even before checking-in, I had few questions and texted them through my hhonors app and they answered right away! I was so satisfied with my stay, the rooms were very clean and spacious. Thank you Rolbert, a very nice gentleman that works in the breakfast area, he made my morning. He was so kind and welcoming! He and everyone made my stay an excellent one! Thank you!! :)

Express review: Well kept, great service and walking distance to Disney Springs. Not much else to say except that it is a family friendly hotel so expect a lot of noise and associated chaos in the morning as the families transport their spawn to the parks in their rented stripped Dodge vans! Oh, the noise and chaos also returns in the evening in two waves: 2100-2300, tired and cranky menopausal women with their angry husbands and three sleeping children; 2330-0130, rambunctious drunks and non-American tourists evacuating the nearby watering holes and Disney Springs.

Very friendly staff. Check in and check out was extremely smooth. We signed up for the little extras, the soda machine was there and working but the snack machine was missing. The room was extremely nice and we had a nice view from the room.
