I stayed here for about 4 nights. Definitely worth the money, but there were some things worth noting.
The remote used to adjust the firmness of the bed was great, but it was very loud. It was useful if you want to get comfortable at night.
The bathroom was nice, but water splashed everywhere, and there wasn’t a bath mat, so the water got all over the room. Thankfully, housekeeping was dedicated, and they cleaned the rooms and bathroom thoroughly.
The appliances, such as the coffee maker and TV, were alright. The coffeemaker came with coffee and tea bags, and there were many options, such as decaf, etc. The TV, unfortunately, was very old fashioned, and the sound and video quality were mediocre. The mini fridge and microwave were amazing.
There was no free breakfast, but the room service was reasonably fast. There was a Radisson iConcierge app, which was quite useful. It is used to request extra amenities, which were delivered quite fast.
Overall, I would definitely recommend a stay here, as the room overall was worth it.
Good points:. The room was clean and attractive, nice lobby and common areas, staff was friendly. Negatives: Not a fan of the Sleep Number beds, which seemed worn out with poorly functioning controls. Hard location to get out of and turned back towards Disney. And the bathroom door situation was, well, unique.
The stay was great! The staff were incredibly friendly, the bar is a nice place to sit and meet new people, the pool was clean, and the bedrooms were great! My room had two sleep number beds, I had a great area where I could work, and overall I was very impressed.
The location of the hotel is great -- close to parks and all the amenities of Orlando. The customer service at the hotel was AMAZING! The staff at the morning breakfast was very pleasant and attentive to all of our needs each and every morning. The front desk clerks and managers were very attentive to all of our needs and worked diligently to ensure that we were happy. However, I've never experienced so many problems with so many rooms in one hotel stay. We booked a king whirlpool suite and the cutest one they gave us smelled so horribly of mold that we could hardly breathe in the room. The carpet had noticeable mold around the hot tub. The room they temporarily moved us to for the night had a non-working sleep number bed and a broken TV remote. Our third whirlpool room had broken whirlpool jets in the tub. Each time we had a problem, the staff made it right. But the inconvenience of moving 3 times in 24 hours and the issues with the facility left MUCH to be desired with the hotel for our vacation. Facilities-disappointing, at best. Staff-superb. Mixed review for us.
Comfy beds. Ambience is good. They had microwave and refrigerator in the room. They did not have complimentary breakfast. But they do have a restaurant downstairs from where you can order food.
I stayed in a 2 queen bed room which was ok but felt a bit small as compared to other hotel in the same category. The pool is outdoor which is a big minus for me as water gets dirty quickly. Staff is very friendly and courteous. The in house restaurant does not serve lunch. But there are a plenty of restaurants at walking distance from hotel.
Does not have a continental breakfast of any kind. For $200 + a night, that's ridiculous. The connected restaurant serves breakfast, but is very expensive. There is a Perkins and Waffle house nearby though. Rooms are decent, but the pool and workout center suck in comparison to Disney hotels for the same price or less. I hate to say it, because I don't like when one company monopolizes an industry, but f you are going to a theme park, just stay at one of there hotels if possible. It's a much better experience altogether.
I'd give this hotel 0 stars if I could. The 1 star is for the comfortable bed. The sink leaked for the entire duration of our stay, leaking water onto the floor. I'd have to help my elderly grandmother on the bathroom floor so she wouldn't slip. The shower didn't have any hot water, and everyday I was forced to take a cold shower. We informed maintenance and the front desk about the leak 3 times and they said they can't do anything about it. Starting from 6pm until midnight, kids would be running outside in the hallways LOUDLY and knocking on our door, called the front desk, they didn't do anything as usual. I expect more from a higher end hotel than this. The cleaning crew would come by at 3pm instead of the morning. We'd be back from the parks and exhausted at 3pm and have to wait for them to clean the room and change the sheets which took them about 30 minutes to an hour, and that's just for us to WAIT for them to arrive at our room. I was very unhappy about this because they could've come earlier in the day. I will be sending a complaint to the corporate office.
Super nice hotel Peoria clean. Great customer service period grade location at the very end turns to Walt Disney World at Lake Buena Vista. Lots and lots of restaurants nearby and transportation
The rooms were fairly large, the wifi was as fast as promised, the pool was beautiful. However, my room had roaches. So, all in all, a slightly concerning stay.
Was not a great experience. When checking in, was first given confusing information about WDW shuttle pick up. We had to ask another person to get clear information and help. Then after enjoying the fireworks show at Epcot, which ended at 9:15, we made our way to the front of the park. By the time we got to the front and located the shuttle pick up location it was 9:40. We called the hotel and they said the last shuttle picked up at 9:30, essentially stranding us there. We ended up taking a Disney shuttle to a nearby hotel and walking back the rest of the way. Then when we finally got back to our room, exhausted, the sleep number beds were not operating at all and were extremely firm. Too exhausted to try to figure it out, we just crashed. The next morning, we investigated and noticed that not only were both beds unplugged, but the bed side lamp was too.
I recently stayed at the Orlando Radisson for a soccer tournament. The rooms were clean and were at a great price. The service was excellent! I would definitely go back and recommend friends and family to stay at this hotel. It is also in a convenient location near Disney Springs.
The location is horrible. On our second night in this hotel, car burglary took place. A total of 6 cars were smashed and rubbed. The funny thing is that they don't cover the entire parking area with cameras!!
The worst part of it is that they did not show even a simple empathy toward the accident. The insurance company, the company I called to fix my car and everyone I met was expressing their feelings for me and wishing me a better day. I heard NONE from them. When I asked for the manager in the front desk, an African American lady came with a morose face. She greeted me with a "Yessss" and asked "What is your concern?" Even though she know that I am one of the victims!!
If you plan in getting your car burglarized, please come to this hotel.
However, Patricia from the Cleaning service kept our room organized and clean
