A+ place to stay. It's truly set out like an apartment or condo and is easy and comfortable to gather as a family. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating, and you could tell that they put customer satisfaction at the top of their list. I only wish I would have discovered this place sooner. I will definitely be back.

Visited for the first time in 2011 and absolutely loved it. Went again this past November and was not as impressed as I was the first time. But would visit again because of the size of the apartment style accommodations. We had a three bedroom each time

Large clean rooms well equipped. My room was deeply discounted, so I can't comment on cost. Just be sure you know what you are getting when you book here. Things you might expect, like daily maid service and in room coffee, are not automatic and can incur extra charges. Transportation to the parks is limited. No breakfast

Excellent resort. The room has a full kitchen with utensils. This made for a fun family experience. The few things we called for during our stay were brought to the room immediately. I hope to make this a regular vacation spot for us in the future.

Beautiful property. Was far from dirty but could use a thorough cleaning The base boards were dirty. My biggest complaint was that there were no thermostats in the bedrooms, all were controlled by a single one. It was hard to find a temp to make all happy. And an entrance from each building to the pool would be convenient. But really a fabulous resort Amazing!

The room looks really nice, they are large and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were a little cold. The shuttle is very convenient for Disney. The maintenance was very quick to respond to requests such as dead lights bulbs.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay at the World Quest Resort. Everything was in perfect working order and we are planning our next trip back. We stayed at the beginning of October. I know some posters have mentioned that the kitchen isn't stocked with many pots and pans and things, but that was not the case in our unitor perhaps I just don't mind doing dishes. :). I did not expect there to be a whole household full, but there were plenty enough for the 4 of us in the 3 br 3 bath unit. We brought along some food and beverages and went out to the many local restaurants for some nice meals. There are no shortage of things to do around town. As for the cleaning fees, I understand why they are being charged for a condo type resort like this (not a hotel with a full housekeeping staff on site for every whim), however for me, I am able to keep up with my own cleaning and there literally would have been nothing for housekeeping to do, so I opted out. You can re use towels too. I just loaded up the dishwasher when I was leaving, put the soap in, turned it on, and all was clean for when housekeeping does show up to make it up for the next satisfied group. The cleaning fee is still not outlandish for the price of this resort and what you are getting if you really want to be free from housework though. You will pay the same if not more at a teeny room at a Disney Resort, and this is close enough, with shuttles even if you need them, and a ton of space, a huge pool and hot tub, and very accommodating staff and guard at the gate. Nice place and close to all the tourist attractions. Very well situated in the middle of everything, almost. TVs are old, not smart, though. Ensure when you check in that you have the housekeeping service because that’s additional.

Very spacious and luxurious resort. Nice rooms. Very good amenities in the rooms. Property is very well laid out and has a premium feeling to it. Nice cozy location with some nice lake views. Amazing room layout and very modern yet homely touch to the rooms. Beds were comfortable, And they're very nice ,and also we're thanks for mike helping us!

Just returned from a fabulous 2 weeks. Can't wait to return. Staff lovely. Pool Great and close to Disney and Universal not too day away either. Need a car as nothing within walking distance but loads within 5-10 minute drive

A very nice suite with everything my family and I needed. Only complaint is our kitchen came with a fridge that did not cool so well. However, the next day they switched it out for a new one.

Worldquest was amazing, we had building 7 with a pond view and it was beautiful. The room was nice with a cool kitchen, 3 nice rooms, and the tub was nice, too. The only thing was the TVs were a little small but it was a really great experience. Pool was nice along with the hot tub and kind employees

For being a resort and at the higher end for pricing, I was shocked that there was a housekeeping daily rate. We opted out of that because we felt that there should already be some amount of housekeeping included in our overall rate. We opted just for the trash option, and even that was a failure, as only ONE trash was ever emptied each day leaving us with smelly diapers every day that accumulated. Pretty unhappy about that. My BIGGEST problem was how poorly a situation was handled when I talked about it with one of the managers. One morning that I was getting ready, I stepped on something on the carpet that was incredibly sharp that I felt went up, into the bottom of my foot. My first thought was, it's a big splinter. When I looked at my foot to pull out this thing, much to my surprise, it was NOT a splinter. It was a piece of some kind of rigid metal wire! IN MY FOOT! We brought our 2-year old son, and had he been the one to step on this thing, I would've been much much more pissed. I was grateful that it was me, not my son. I brought this up upon check out to the manager on duty, and all he had to say about it was "oh I'm so sorry." OH YOU'RE SORRY?! MY SON COULD'VE BEEN THE ONE TO HAVE THAT METAL STUCK IN HIS FOOT AND YOU'RE SORRY?? We will NEVER be returning to this resort. We would've gotten better service and more concern at the Marriott or Hilton or just about anywhere else. I'm also annoyed that supposedly NOTHING could be done to give us our military discount (my husband is a Retired Army Veteran, we had our military IDs) because we did not make our reservation through the direct resort website. THAT IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS AND UNACCEPTABLE. I had purchased our park tickets online and was able to get a refund for our military discount since it hadn't been applied, you're not going to tell me that for you to do the same was IMPOSSIBLE. We were dismissed and given a 15% off voucher for a future stayagain, just stupid and unacceptable customer service. NOT RETURNING
