Very nice hotel. Clean and professional. It was nice to have Applebee's attached. Highly recommend getting the meal plan so you can enjoy their breakfast buffet. Hotel provides transportation to Disney, but not very often. Chances are you will be spending most of your time at the parks any way so doesn't really matter.

Super clean! Very comfortable. Lots of fun things for children and adults to do out by the pool. Very nice, clean pool. Ate dinner at the Applebee’s restaurant adjoining the hotel. Staff was great and food was delicious!

I stayed at this hotel while visiting Universal Studios and Disney. The hotel offers free city bus style transportation to and from the parks at certain times. The hotel amenities were great and also located near many shops and restaraunts. One elevator was out however the hotel was not packed and this did not pose an issue. Buyer beware, the discounted tickets offered by the hotel are not worth the hassle of the "tour" you have to complete. It took 3 hours to get out of the tour and our day at the park was cut in half. Other than that I would stay again.

This place is awesome you don’t have to leave the hotel it’s as everything!! Very kid friendly with a huge pool with a water feature in the middle, hot tub, family movie night by the pool so you can watch the movie while swimming if you like ❤️❤️ they have a the have a huge life size chess game and connect four game they also have a pool table and an air hockey table for the family to play they have so much to offer it amazing we will definitely be going back !!!! Oh and I almost forgot to mention they have an Apple bee on site that as a tiki bar by the pool they stay open until 3 am every night amazing food!!!!!

Great resort! Everyone made us feel special.
Our room was clean it had a king bed and a separate space with 2 bunk beds for the kids.. beautiful swimming pool with tiki bar.. hot tub, game room, kids theater and a convenience store inside..response / report this review -

The place is great. It's super convenient to get to Disney with their shuttle. The staff was friendly and having a family restaurant was super handy. The pool is awesome with a super shallow end so little kids can have fun. The splash pad is excellent too. There are only two things that I didn't care for: the time-share like sales pitch from some other resort thing right when we got there, and the smoking area at the tiki bar is so close to the pool that you (and your kids) can smell it.

Very friendly, helpful staff. The room was clean and housekeeping was attentive. We didn't use the pool or fitness room as we were at the theme parks and a concert. There is a small movie theater and Applebee's in the lobby. The location is on 535 away from the craziness of Hotel Plaza Blvd, so that is nice and parking is free. One elevator was out of order and there was a broken window, but it was pretty obvious that the hotel was undergoing some renovations and maybe repairs from Hurricane Irma. We had a nice stay and the price was certainly affordable.

Great spacious rooms. Nice amenities, especially if you have children. Lots of things for them to do at the hotel independently. Food at the hotel restaurant is reasonably priced and pretty solid. The hotel is fairly central to many attractions like Disney.

Everything was great! Service was great, the room we had was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. The pool activities was were wonderful for the kids, and my kids enjoyed themselves so much that they didn't want to leave. Applebee's in site was wonderful and kids eat free. I liked it so much that I didn't want to leave! They offered us a awesome deal that we wish we hadn't turned down because it was a steal! We plan on staying there again when we go back down next summer!!

Rooms were clean. Shuttles to Disney are included and leave on time. Movie theater for kids is great! Pool is fun and has a bar. They are accommodating with holding luggage while at the parks in the region.

Clean rooms, nice and helpful staff. We were skeptical about paying extra to include the free breakfast at the on site Applebee's , but that turned out great. Breakfast was wonderful. Also children eat free lunch and dinner (off the children's menu with a paying adult) with the coupon the hotel gives you. I would definitely stay here again.

Spacious, well-appointed rooms and a courteous staff. We had an issue with a non-smoking room that someone had clearly smoked in and the front desk gave us a new, upgraded room within a half hour. Would stay again.
