Basic but clean, well-maintained and very comfortable (esp. the beds!). Up to the usual Sheraton standard. Pools are great for families. Can't beat the location for convenience if you want to do both Disney and Universal in one trip.

Total NIGHTMARE. We arrived 12/20/17 and moved rooms 4 times in one day. Needed handicap assessable rooms and didn’t get it. So we had to be moved around.
When we finally got into a handicap room At about 3:30am a HUGE ROACH ran across the dresser, and ended up in my mother’s purse. She hurt her self trying to get away from the roach it was then on the covers and you could hear it when it hit the ground. We called the front desk They just moved us into another building(walked outside) and it had the king bed and couch.. crumbs on the bedside table, as well as spots and stuff on the floor. The room was ran down.
So we had to call them yet again and let them know we had two queen beds in our room and they needed to fix it. The front NEVER apologize, one lady said she was going to take the resort fee off for us, which was never done. The manager never apologized or took anything off for our stay. We was told “Its Florida there’s going to be bugs” bugs understandable. But a ROACH is unacceptable, and something should’ve been done. The whole stay was an inconvenience. We ended up moving to a new hotel Down the street.
    Don’t stay at this location!!

The staff were very friendly and eager to help. They definitely helped make my life easier on a very hectic trip! Beautiful hotel, nice rooms, pools/hot tubs were fantastic, and the games and movies in pool area just made it so welcoming. Great place, if you can afford it :)

Stayed there again last weekend. Great staff, very professional. Nice rooms. We love the two hot tubs and the fire pit next to the pool are for lounging. It is also in a great location. We will be back.

As of now, We aresitting in the parking lot waiting for our room. We reserved the room a week ago and our check in time is at 3. It is currently almost 4 PM and the room is still not ready. The staff at the front fest cannot give us a time yet of when it will be ready. The staff at the front desk so far has been friendly and not rude. I asked for a couple of free bottles of water and they gave them to us. The least they can do in my opinion.

Quite frankly, if I paid for the room it should be available for me at check in time. If it's ready soon, I won't make a big fuss, if it's not ready by 4:30 PM, then I will. I will write a new review later once I've stayed the night, but so far, I am not impressed.

Older hotel. Room has a distinct odor, but for $80 per night I wasn't going to complain. Has a nice pool area but needs a better cleaning staff. Booked a room for two nights and got in late the first night and just crashed. Took showers before we left and hung up the towels. Upon returning after a long day all towels were gone and no new shampoo or soap in the room. Had to go downstairs to request some. Finally looked around the room and saw this (see picture) stuck to the toilet, I didn't buy a bathing suit. It has become clear to me that the staff really doesn't clean the room. I will not stay here again.

Room was clean, up to date and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Location is convenient to theme parks. The resort itself has plenty to offer on property in the way of restaurants, pools, and a spa. Great location for business meetings too.

WiFi is barely functional and goes out for hours at a time. Saying the rooms are dated is Charitable. At least they're large. Staff is friendly. Minus a star for mandatory resort fees; build them into the damn room rate already. Parking costs extra even though they have plenty of space, but at least they're clear on their website. Certainly nothing special for a lower end resort hotel. For a Sheraton - this place is embarrassing. I can't believe they let it operate under the Sheraton brand.

We stayed over night while driving cross country. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a very good buffet. Word to the wise, all rooms have a fridge and it is in what looks like a dresser below the TV. We totally missed it and had to ask the front desk. That said, I'd gladly stay here again.

I was there for conference while wife relaxed when not assisting me. Rooms were very nice. The staff was professional and overall hotel was pleasant. Conference rooms were large. Wife enjoyed the 2 pools. We recommend the pool bar/grill area. Average cab fare from Orlando International to hotel is about $50.

Stayed at the hotel 2 weeks ago and had a terrible experience. First was the check in problem. The agent took 3 tries to check us in correctly. He gave us a room that was not cleaned on first try. We went back and he then gave us another room but the keys didn't work. The facilities had 4 main buildings and we had to keep making trips to go back to the main desk. Second, the fire alarm next to our unit went off at 2:30am on one night for no reason. The alarm stayed on for 30 minutes and finally after 2 calls to the desk, they were able to get it shut off. Third, the cleaning service on one day just turned our sheets and then flipped our used cups over to have us using as new. Please stay away if you have another choice.

During our stay another guest was taking photos from his third floor room of the pool area, multiple times from early morning to late evening. The DJ staff dont mix the music to suite all guest tastes. The room design is well out of date. I find Holiday Inn Express to have better rooms than this location. The pool area and guest area are modern but the room and bathroom really really need an update.

Our room was also not fully cleaned when we checked in. There was an old band-aid left on the carpet and the vanity sink has toothpaste smears from the past guest.

I am not sure this is how the Sheraton chain standard is, or if this hotel has just fallen far off the grid and needs to be reeled by in by their corporate office.

My biggest suggestion is a redesign. For almost $250.00 a night with the daily parking fee you need to provide much more than a water slide and outdated room!

We took our family to Universal for Spring Break 2017. I used my AAA membership to get a nightly rate of $140 for a room with a bedroom and living area with a bunk bed. I avoided the daily parking fee by using ride shares for my family of three - this saved us parking at the parks as well. This hotel is 10 - 15 minutes from Universal Studios. Since we only hung out at the hotel or the parks, we saved more $ this way. The pool is swanky enough - cute with a DJ to entertain us everyday. Our room had a little wear and tear, but for the convenient location, amenities, good customer service and slightly below average prices - we were very satisfied. We would go back.

Rooms were clean, they have activities at pool side that the whole family can participate and enjoy, my husband won two free drinks. My kids had a lot of fun. It is close to Disney. We stayed there to go to Wrestlemania 33 and it was very close to Citrus Bowl. We will definitely stay there again. Price is reasonable for a high standard hotel. Thank you for making this weekend special for my family.

The hotel felt just right to me. Fancy enough without making us feel out of place. Stayed over night here for our Disney Epcot visit. Conveniently located to Disney parks and many things within walking distance. The two pools and hot tubs are perfect early in the day. Once families returned from theme parks was very rowdy and noisy. Just to be expected with a fun atmosphere. They did close the pool down about 10:30 and that gave us a peaceful rest. Beds were very comfortable and many pillow choices. Having the mini fridge allowed us to have beverages nice and cold. I would definitely recommend this location and I will stay again when going to Disney area.
