A decent hotel. Very conveniently located. Restaurant s and shops nearby. Very close to Disney Springs. The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast is average but not bad. The building is however undergoing renovation. Overall we are satisfied.
The room with the bunk beds for the kids is amazing. Housekeeping is spectacular, really above and beyond! Great location for parks.
Nice stuff and nice security officers there. Parking are not too safe. There is fast food very close and there is a Dominos pizza a it side and a littler mall.
The floor I was staying on was recently renovated, possibly after damage done by hurricane Irma, so there was a bit if a smell at first that went away some after the first night or so. I asked one of the workers and they mentioned that the carpet on our floor had been replaced very recently, while they are currently redoing the floor below us, so it could have been from there. Overall, I had a good experience and will probably stay here again.
I could not say enough good things about this hotel. The front desk staff were unbelievably nice and sociable. The location was fantastic, we spent the day at Disney and returned to our room and enjoyed the Whirlpool tube. 2 days after leaving we realized my boyfriend left his wallet in the room. I was able to get in contact with the Head of Housekeeping, she not only still had his wallet but also his shirt and ray bans bag/receipts. She was able to work with to get them sent to me by mail. They just arrived today. Everything was just as he left it, I can't express how wonderful the service was.
I have had a worst experience today at this hotel, I had an important call to attend at 8:30 PM, I came directly to my room the key doesn’t work ( room was booked for 5 days though) and at the front desk the guy was so rude , didn’t even apologize why the key didn’t work but goes on arguing with me..is this how they treat Marriott Elite members? I have always had very good and pleasant experiences in all other Marriott group of hotels but this one is worst .. I will never stay in this hotel again
My husband and I LOVE the Marriott brand. We are locals, but we came to celebrate our wedding Anniversary. This hotel is in a great location, lots of nearby restaurants, and a hop, skip, and jump away from Disney Springs where there is Free parking, and GREAT LIVE ENTERTAINMENT! We had a really good time, and we will Keep this experience in mind the next time we decide to staycate!!!
Loved my stay here. Stayed 2 nights, the price was great service wad great. There were restaurants, hotels, and things to do all around.. Disney was 25 minutes from here, free shuttle there and back. Loved it
We stayed in Fairfield twice, in Dec 2015 and Aug 2017, for the excellent service, delicious breakfast, clean rooms and strategic location between Universal and Disney, 10-15 min to each.
Their king suite with bunk bed was spacious enough to fit our family of 5 pretty easily with good privacy.
Highly recommend!
We did not stay overnight but met friends here. It seemed nice but fairly inexpensive. We sat while they at least breakfast and the food looked decent.
Love this hotel and would recommend to family and friends it is very clean, housekeeping great the ladies and gents were really accommodating whenever we needed fresh towels, the ladies in the dining room. went out of their way to make us comfortable especially Eliana Viera who went out of her way when we were late for breakfast. Every was great and will be visiting again next year,my friends and I had a great visit
Clean, comfortable room. A little noisy. A/C not as cool as I would have liked. Free breakfast was very good.
Wonderful experience overall. We got there super early & there weren't any room available, so they moved us to the Courtyard (they all work together he stated). At first I was hesitant, but the receptionist assured me that it was newly renovated and that I would still be able to enjoy the free breakfast a Fairfield! There is plenty of food, so don't think you have to be down there super early, Just wish they had two micky waffle makers. My advise go late the breakfast to skip the long lines. Best part of staying here was the free shuttle to Disney! There is a parking fee. Oh by the way the room I got was beautiful! The only bad thing was our door keys kept having issues. We had a great weekend! Thank you Fairfield staff for the wonderful experience! I will be staying there every time I go to Disney or come to Orlando!
Everything I could ask for. it was close to Disney World and surrounding areas. staff was very friendly, the hotel was clean, and parking had security late-night the breakfast was better than I was served at be our guest restaurant In the magic kingdom. The beds where comfortable. I really liked the fact of the separation of the room with the bunk beds allowing some personal space there's also late night food with in walking distance and souvenirs shops as well
