Convenient location to downtown and reasonably priced for the area but the rooms are rather small.
We were very happy with our king room. It was immaculate and had everything we needed. Great cable channels on TV, a keurig with coffee, decaf coffee, tea & decaf tea kcups plus sugar, sweet and low, powdered Creamer.
Bathroom stocked with plenty of towels, soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner. If you forget a toothbrush, toothpaste razor, shaving cream, they will bring you some, complimentary.
The bed and pillows were super comfortable, as was the whole room. The bathroom is a little chilly, but if you leave the door open after turning the heat on, it's not bad.
Last but not least, the front desk staff was incredibly helpful in every way. We arrived early and were able to leave our bags while we went to a meeting before checking in. They brought us extra kcups when we asked, they allowed us a complimentary late check out and also let us keep all of our bags there after check out while we killed time at Westfield mall before our bus.
We would definitely stay here again and are looking forward to it!
Nice little hotel in the heart of FIDI. Great staff and location. Rooms are small but cozy
Great staff. Accommodating to our birthday trip. Clean and modern rooms.
This is place is small but very comfortable. They have a coffee mavhine in rhe room. I love that is close to everything. The carpet is old and water will come out of the shower, but that's all the negatives. They clean your room every day which is a plus after a long day in the city. They're renovating the restaurant, so I didn't get a chance to eat there. The beds are very comfortable! I enjoyed my stay in this hotel
Definitely one of the older holiday Inn. Room smelled bad. Coffee pot broke. Won't stay here again.
We snagged a room at this Holiday Inn at a good price. Although the room was a little tight. It was comfortable, clean, and good value for someone who is planning to stay for 2-3 days. It's real close to Battery Park for access to the Statue of Liberty and quick walk to the R and W line. There's also a wealth of restaurants and street food if you're on the go.
Very well located near both subway and bus stops with clean comfortably appointed rooms. Mine had a balcony overlooking the street which was pretty cool when it snowed! The small cafe serves decent breakfast at a reasonable price. Probably one of the better value hotels in lower Manhattan.
Great beds, very soft. Stylish and functional furniture. Nice size especially for Manhatten. It didn't feel cramped, even in the bathroom. Shower was good water was hot with good pressure. Shower curtain was a little short so there was a little puddle outside the shower every time, but not a huge problem. Air conditioning worked well. Room was quiet, not alot of noise from hallway. Staff was professional and polite.
Hospitable staff, good food, great location
Nice hotel in a great location. It's a few blocks away from the 9/11 museum and world trade center buildings. Two blocks from the Fulton Street subway stops.
I would have expected much better from Holiday Inn since the one in the Financial District is more than great. I arrive there and the woman at the desk gives me my key at the 13th floor. I open the door and surprise, bedsheets undone and personal belongings on the beds and floor. I come back downstairs to tell the lady and instead of apologizing she starts arguing with me and ends up sending a guy to verify, which comes back to confirm. She argues with him also saying that it's impossible because it's not what's written in her records Anyways she ends up giving me another key To the 3Rd floor, window giving on a dirty deck. I had a hard time to open the door because the cleaning lady forgot a cleaning cloth on the floor which blocked it The room was smelly, not very clean, poorly decorated, the shower was only giving a small fillet of water so took me an hour. I wouldn't recommend the hotel to anybody, especially for this price.
Great place to stay. Nice and quiet. Was only here for business so couldn't test out room service on the bosses dime
I did not stay in this hotel I made a reservation from 15 to 20/12/2016, and on the second day some friends of mine asked me to stay at their house and the Hotel did not re-book the rest of the reservations even though I had paid $ 25 And 1365 in cash. Until today I try to speak with manager Mr. Robert and he has never deigned to respond to any of my emails. I'm sure they put other guests in my place and profited. Lack of consideration with their guests. Leaves the hotel with the certainty of the receptionist who would send a check with the reimbursement of the reservations and the hotel did not keep his word . Whoever is staying at this hotel, you already know that the hotel uses this kind of professionalism with its clients.
