Horrible and incompetent staff who have absolutely no idea what they're doing. I bought almost everything for my newborn from this store starting from a crib to a dresser, but they messed up my registry by not updating it AT ALL. I ended up with so many redundant items including monogrammed items which could not be returned. But after half a year, my registry still shows that these haven't been purchased. Also a $200 mirror was backordered and was supposed to be shipped later, but then I realized it hadn't been sent for 6 months. Called the store and a rude woman answers, and she keeps cutting off while I'm talking. And guess what, they cannot verify if it had been shipped because the registry is not updated! Just order online and don't buy from this store. It will give you a headache.

This is where you buy a diaper bag. They stock them in every color, size and shape. Most of their merchandise is pastel.

I spend 1000 in the store. When iteams were sent to me half of the iteams were missing. Jacky the manager promised to send the missing iteams. She is now ignoring my phone calls.

I shop there often and recently bought a shower curtain and needed another one. I called to see if they had another one and the person on the phone said they never carried it. I told them are they sure and she said yes we dont have it ! I told her I recently bought it and she told me that I would have to wait a long time on the phone for her to check.I think because it was 10 minutes to closing she just didnt want to check.. She kept me on the phone for 15 min and never answered. Super unprofessional ! Especially that they use those walkie -talkies that are always connected to their heads.

Stay away from this store! Over priced, employees who don't know or understand anything, and management that's never there and never contacts you back. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life! My fiance and I are expecting our first baby and decided to go to pottery barn for furniture after spending over 3000 it's been hell. They never called us to schedule a delivery,when I finally contacted them they told me I was supposed to call to schedule, once we received our furniture the delivery guys came with out the proper tools so I has to lend them my tools, I never received my maternity chair only to be told it was on back order and it's been getting pushed back later and later we would really like our money back but they are giving us such a hard time. If you check online till this day it says the chair is in Stock and will ship 3-4 weeks,very false advertising. Not a good company very over priced and absolutely not worth it.

Horrible experience with Pottery Barn Kids customer service. Placed an order and they ordered a wrong item. We tried cancelling the order within 15 mins of the purchase time and confirmed that our order was cancelled successfully. However, we never received the cancellation email that we were confirmed to get it within 4 hours of window. Called next morning and re-attempt cancelling the order again. Now we got the shipping confirmation email. This is a joke.
