Awesome views! Friendly and accommodating staff in the hotel! We were there for a corporate holiday party and patroned the View of the World Terrace Club and received a very warm welcome, helpful and caring staff there as well. Overall, on the whole, beautiful views, good food, great venue to host an unforgettable party.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

The staff was extremely friendly! Arnold was at the front desk and can I say WOW what helpful and kind service!! I was impressed by the hotels cleanliness! Those housekeepers really take every corner into detail. Good job to the managing team!! I will be recommending this hotel to all my fellow travelers.

The hotel is in a nice part of Manhattan. There is plenty to eat around the hotel, with nice parks and the world trade center nearby. Hotel is clean, with all the necessary amenities (refrigerator, unlimited drinking water, fitness center). Sadly, no microwave, but overall, a pleasure to stay here every time.

I was traveling for work, and the location was perfect for everything I needed. Rooms were quite nice. I did not interact much with service but they were very pleasant when I did. They have empty water bottles on every floor that you can take, use, and recycle, and I thought that was a cool addition.

Good hotel for business trips and obviously what they are geared towards. Rooms are good size for Manhattan and for a single person on business. Free access to water bottles you fill yourself are a great perk and the free serve yourself coffee in the morning is delicious. If you are doing business in lower Manhattan, this hotel is a great option.

Great hotel in a great location. The views from the rooftop are fantastic particularly from the restaurant where you get a great view of the Freedom tower and the memorial gardens.

The rooms are standard hotel rooms but I did enjoy the TV where I could connect my phone to it and watch from apps directly from my phone like Netflix - no other hotel that I have visited has this feature. It also gives you a guide to the hotel and New York giving you a personal text greeting when you turned it on.

Right in the middle of the financial district. It's pretty easy to get around as there's a subway station nearby. Has a great view of the city and harbor on the upper floors. Good place for short stays or if you don't plan on spending much time in the room as they are a bit small.

Free Water refreshing stations with bottles to-go, complimentary snacks, and using the food delivery app "seamless" was great. It made for a very convenient stay. The view from my window was very nice. Night or day

Great staff and nice quaint lobby. We arrived super early and the front desk staff held our bags while we visited attractions. We returned at the prearranged time and the room was ready. All staff are great hosts here. Only complaint is that the bathroom needs to be completely washed with bleach to eliminate the mildew smell.

Had a great experience, can't really fault it. Clean, quiet hotel. Nice room, plenty big enough. Comfortable bed, everything was clean. Helpful, accommodating staff. Quality fitness room equipment in good condition. Tasty breakfast with great views (you really must sit on the balcony!). Had a free reception with locally-sourced beer, wine and snacks.

All in all, a perfect place to stay for a business trip. And in a great location for accessing downtown Manhattan. I'd certainly book here again.

The service at Club Quarters is always good. The rooms are clean and nearly all of them have a good view, many of them overlooking the 9/11 memorial. There are some nice amenities, such as in hotel fitness center and laundry, filtered water and water bottles, and irons and ironing boards available for guest use. It's not the fanciest hotel in NY, but it's great for those working in the financial district or a tourist wanting to stay in lower Manhattan.

Lower Manhatten hotel w views of trade center. Great place for easy access to the city. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Very reasonable rates. East side view gives you view of police command ctr. The chapel for the memorial is getting it's cross welded on to it.

Very convenient location to sight see. Entrance is a little odd. It's in what almost looks like an alleyway. Rooms are decent. A better Club Quarters from some that I've stayed at. There's a breakfast/restaurant at the top of the building with a nice view. Or there are a lot of food places around. A 2 minute walk from the World Trade Center memorial.

We stayed here for a few weeks when we first arrived in NYC from Australia. The room we first had was a little small & dark. After speaking to Managment they moved us straight away. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is always fresh water on tap on every level + fresh coffee, tea & sparkling water downstairs. The location is great & the view from the upstairs restaurant is amazing!
