Room was clean and spacious. Check in staff were friendly and efficient. Concierge was helpful in recommended close by food options. Location was great; walking distance to Battery Park. Checking into the garage was easy as well ($75 a night though). Tried to go to the restaurant to get take out (thinking it’d be quicker than room service) and was given a rather rude remark about how they don’t do carry out and although the restaurant was empty, room service would still be at least a 40 minute wait.

This hotel is beautiful. It sits right across the street from the World Trade Center Memorial site and the view at night is Amazing. The staff were super friendly and the door men were great at hailing me a cab to the places I wanted to go. This hotel is in the heart in Manhattan so walking to the sites is easy. I highly recommend this hotel and I will be going back very soon.

Very nice, very clean. Excellent staff. They really go above and beyond. I had the bellman bring the bags I had stored in my room and he just bout beat me to the room. Everyone is very friendly. The views from the corner suites are amazing.

My stay here was superb. Met with a friendly professional staff. Room was very clean. You cannot beat the location of this hotel at it is just steps from the memorial and other must see locations. I would definitely stay here again!

Few rooms have world trade centre and Hudson river view which makes it fantastic to stay here. Very near to most of the wall Street firms. Service is good. Hotel is a bit old modelled. You don't see the modern five star hotels touch in the pathways and common areas.

Not at the traditional ~Times Square tourist area of New York, Millennium Hilton is down in the finance district, a couple of meters from the 9/11 memorials. But it's a surprisingly convenient location, handy for subway stations, malls, the Statue of Liberty ferry, and amazing views - especially considering rooms can go up to 50F and beyond! The very first impression wasn't great - the door attendant grabbed my luggage from me and dropped it heavily and clumsily onto a cart. I immediately assured him I didn't need help (there were prototype electronics inside!) and he carelessly dropped it off the cart for me! I would have guessed he was drunk, except it was 2:30pm and he was otherwise fairly rigid. Still, not a great welcome. The room itself was fairly standard - pretty much what you'd expect from a $60-200 hotel room across the country. Everything was clean, well-laid-out, and comfortable. A microwave would have been nice to see, but probably not essential in NY. Overall, a pleasant stay, other than being accosted by the bellhop!

My stay in the hotel has been amazing. I had a bad night at another hotel and then chose to move to this because I knew the place and remembered the good service I received 8 years ago; This had not changed. I was greeted at the entrance of Lou (I think) that was incredibly friendly and helpful. I told about my situation and because I was so glad to be back, I was upgraded to a better room with a great view. The whole stay has been characterized by incredibly friendly staff all around, really good breakfast as well as dinner and a super sense of peace for an 18 year old traveler in town, which I by no means had the place before. This place is definitely recommended and it's not the last time I live here.

Very nice hotel. Perfectly located for financial district. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. All staff were extremely helpful from the bell men to the front desk to the concierge.

Rooms could use some updating. The AC in the room I stayed in was loud and definitely impacted my sleep. The bed was decently comfortable, but the pillows smelled vaguely of cigarettes. The furniture all showed a bit of wear, gouges and paint scuffs everywhere. The bathroom is decent, was fairly clean and spacious.

Location is great, across the street from 911 memorial. In my room, the beside light has an issue and the commode has a little tank issue, refills every couple hours. Can hear other people nearby. Turned on white noise and slept like a baby. Limited menu selection in restaurant. Not sure about handicapped rooms, one I'm in is not designated as such but would not be suitable for wheelchair.

Breakfast is solid but a smidgen overpriced. In a nice newly remodeled city view suite. Gorgeous view. Located right at WTC subway station. Room no longer includes a sofa bed after the remodel. Gym isn't bad either.

Now that the Waldorf is gone this will be my preferred hotel. Each stay I have had here has been great. Rooms are nice and very clean. Views are great. Food & Beverage service is nothing remarkable. Front Desk staff and housekeeping are both great. It is especially quiet on the weekends, but remember this is far from the hustle of midtown for tourists.
