Friendly staff. Exquisite rooms. Beds were comfortable. Great location with plenty of restaurants and entertainment nearby.

We did not stay over night here. However we had several family members come in for a funeral and the hotel accommodated them all. Everyone was pleased with their stay.

Staff was very friendly! I have a service dog who had to stay with me and of course it was a no question asked thing which makes me so happy! Very caring and great room too! Room was clean and everything was stocked up. If we'd come back to visit this is defiantly the hotel we will come to again!

Remodeling, but remodeling very quickly! All staff is very nice even during a time of a LOT of people coming in, food is delicious, and found no problems with my room.

There were a few hiccups and inconveniences due to their remodeling like fewer parking spaces available and a breaker flipping during breakfast. However hiccups are expected with any remodeling I've ever encountered anywhere. The ladies whom checked us in were wonderful! Moved some things around to get us in a double room even though I had been previously been told there weren't any available earlier in the week and a month prior. During NASP archery nationals which we were attending. They were very helpful with helping us decide what attractions to see and where to eat. They were very friendly and really wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay. They were very eger to get us every thing we asked for. The next evening was a little different. One lady seemed like we were inconvenience to her when we asked for anything. We asked for a pitcher of ice water so we didn't have to keep refilling our water as we were sitting in the hot tub and we're very hot. She was snotty to my other half and said well your not even supposed to have anything in there (which was not posted anywhere). Mind you it was voluntarily given by the previous girls. She said well it closes in 20 minutes anyway. After being rejected he filled some glasses with the cucumber water they had on the counter. I quickly went out and told him I didn't want that because the previous night after having a few glasses I noticed black floaties come out as I was filling it. The other lady seemed to notice her coworkers rudeness and was very eger to please us. She asked if we would like some bottles of water instead. We said that would be great. She asked her coworker to get us some bottles as her hands were full with like 3 or 4 trays of something. My other half asked the nice lady if there was a sink to dump the glasses of cucumber water out. She said oh I'll take them (while still holding the trays) The grumpy one gave us 2 waters. As she handed them to us he asked for 2 more as there were 4 of us. She rolled her eyes and grabbed 2 more. Other than our experience with the one unfriendly one my overall experience was great!

Nice hotel good pool great staff. The hotel is under construction they are definitely moving in the right direction. We would come back.

Hotel accommodations are fine, but the folks have been doing renovations. We were told renovations were happening outside, but woke up at 8am to Jack hammering in the room directly above us. Staff did not care to make the problem correct or apologize. A little hospitality would have made this go differently. We ended up moving to the hotel across the street
