Nice, clean place. Friendly staff. Food is good too! Nice pool, good location. Not too pricey, and pretty fair deal altogether.

This hotel has great very personable staff, breakfast has so many items to choose from, location is in the heart of action, the lobby and rooms furniture seems from a movie, chosen very carefully and color combinations are superb. The huge chandelier in the lobby is so elegant, will definitely stay here again and will recommend to family and friends.

Nothing major to complain about. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was full of options. The pool closes at sun down 😔 The housekeeping staff had some odd behaviors - leaving their cleaning rags in the room, leaving trash liners on the counter, removing opened bottles of shampoo/conditioner/body wash them replacing with a different combination completely this time with no body wash. Also, if you summon a rideshare to pick up/drop off, they have a tendency to not know exactly where to turn. The street-level sign is easy to miss.

I enjoyed my stay. No issues, clean, checked in on time. I would stay again. I would say though do NOT stay in room 111. that room is right next to the elevator on the first floor and if you are trying to sleep in past 7 a.m. then you don't want this room. But other than that, it was a great stay. The hotel is set back from the road a bit which I thought was nice. I liked that very much. a little hard to find because of that but it was't too bad.

I booked this hotel for a professional conference. The staff was very friendly and accommodating for every part of the reservation, even when I had to make many changes. The whole hotel was clean and inviting. The rooms were comfortable. The meeting spaces had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Everything was fine except we had a do not disturb sign on the door and housekeeping still knocked a few times on the door. There was a party going on in the common room and because of the amount of people, there were limited amount of parking for the guest. Breakfast was great and rooms were great.

No notification of delayed open. I drove 12 hours, just to find that the hotel was still under construction. No email, or phone call to alert me that it would not be open, even though I had confirmed reservations. When I called, they wanted to charge me for the first night of my stay, even without the hotel being open for business. I had to argue through 3 different people just to get them to waive the charge.

Breakfast is delicious and well rounded. Early check in was possible. Spa water in lobby and gym. Gym is small but fine. Pool available. Room is large and comfy. Shuttles available to the convention center.

This hotel puts the home in hotel. All the employees treat you like family. They can't do more to make sure that are having a great stay. The facility is the cleanest hotel location I have ever seen. Also the coldest ac you could ask for. Now I know what to expect when I get to heaven. Thank you Holiday Inn express. Five super stars,excellent! !!!!!

Stayed for over two weeks at this hotel. Every day 6:30 in the morning - including weekends - I was exposed to political agenda and high level of indoctrination at hotel breakfast area (CNN broadcast). My requests to hotel representatives to eat breakfast in nice and quiet atmosphere (by them broadcasting politically neutral channel, I was suggesting Weather Channel or Local News Station) was ignored multiple times. I left message twice to hotel manager Suji Lawrence - asking to calling me back - she didn't respond. Above facts (refusal to change CNN to non political TV channel) and lack of management response to voice messages left on her voice mailbox - made me believe this business being not respectful to customer requests. I was on the business stay but can't imagine myself going for vacation and be bombarded every morning by political agenda by hotel personnel.

I stopped here one night after a long drive. The only things that would have made the experience better was if the hot tub had bubbles and the pool was heated at least slightly. The pool was very frigid but bearable because I knew there was a warm jacuzzi waiting. Overall, the Holiday Inn was a very nice property.

The rooms are spacious and interiors are nice. The hot breakfast was well stocked and quickly replenished to serve breakfast peak time. Front desk was polite. Do check for travel deals for Sea World and Disney attractions at the travel desk. When we visited during Feb 2017 they had amazing deal for Sea World tickets.
