Really nice room. Excellent location. Strong WiFi.
Self service laundry machine cost 6.50 for wash and dry.
Hotel charges receiving fees to accept amazon envelopes and boxes so I had to use an amazon locker a few minutes away.
Nice breakfast.
Friendly staff. Really wish I could give five stars but disappointed in the nickel and diming for package receiving.
I would come back if I’m ever in the area again.response / report this review -

Room wasn't bad. But the atmosphere was really terrible. Had a violent domestic dispute go on right outside out our room for nearly an hour that was never broken up. No security patrol. Couldn't sleep so went for a walk and found people just walking back and forth between rooms slamming the doors. People screaming back and forth at each other. Walls are paper thin so you'll hear everything that happens on International Drive. Could be a decent hotel in a great location with better security. We won't be back to find out if that happens.

A good recommendation from a friend and this ones was a good hotel to stay in Orlando. They gave us a room that opens ro the street. We thought we were going to have too much noise but no. The hours of rest were there were very appreciated. You will find staff members who speak your language. Good breakfast included in the price. Good attention. They have complimentary buses that goes from hotel to Universal or Epcot. And outside you may find a line of buses from Orlando city to go nearby

We stayed at this Best Western a week ago while in Florida. The place is very nice. The staff is super nice. Fernanda and Jaylee were very welcoming when we arrived. The breakfast was very good and it was nice to have a choice to eat either indoors or outside. I would definitely stay at this Best Western again.

It's a motel, so didn't expect anything glorious. Service is very good. Responsive to my needs and questions. Free breakfast is pretty good. No bacon though, 😑. Air conditioning is good, could use heavier blankets. Nice shower, friendly people. Would stay again, just don't expect the Ritz and you won't be disappointed

The room was comfortable and it included free breakfast which was adequate. The staff we're not the friendliest. Overall it was fine but not as good as many other Best Westerns that I have stayed at.

Great for the price! Free WiFi complementary breakfast and parking. Right across the street from Unos the best pizza in Orlando and close to lots of other good eats. The Orlando eye right in front of you! What more can I say. I will definitely book here on my next visit.

Excellent location, Within 15 minutes drive to all the major theme parks and outlet malls. It is literally on international drive , so we were able to walk to the gift shops, restaurants and other major retailers. The hotel stay was great and the breakfast had a great variety. we are very satisfied with our stay and will return to this BW in the future.

Clean place. Love the fact that it was outdoor and indoor. All almost apartment style.

The motel room was small and our bathroom door didn't shut tightly. But the beds were super comfortable, ,the staff was extremely friendly and polite, and the motel was close to everything. Pool was amazing. The parking was easy too. We would definitely stay here again. Had a great time.

This was a nice clean hotel in close proximity to Disney at a reasonable price. The lobby was immaculate and smelled wonderful! The room was clean and comfortable and the bed was great. The only minor problem was lack of hot water. It took a long time to heat up and got lukewarm at best. The breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from. The free shuttle service to the Disney parks and Universal was a nice option. All in all, we would stay there again.

This Best Western is a very decent hotel. The staff is friendly and I was treated very well. The rooms are pretty basic and clean. The beds are quite comfortable. Breakfast was good with plenty of things to choose from. I would surely stay here again.

Very good value. Great location, clean pool, good staff, and recently updated rooms. Hotel is a little dated still. It also seemed like the cleaning staff was using way way too much cleaning solution while cleaning the floors. There is a very strong smell and they feel a little off. Great location and really nice staff though.

We stayed for one night prior to checking into our Disney Resort. The front desk staff was very friendly and check in was fast. One of our key cards did not work, but with one trip to the front desk it was taken care of immediately. Our room, 406, was clean and was fully stocked. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. Even though there was a group of teens there for a competition, it was very quiet. Breakfast was good with plenty of options and the breakfast area was very clean. Would stay again without hesitation.
