My experience with this hotel is great. Families traveling with kids beware there are no microwaves in the rooms.The biggest one being there are microwaves in the room. Secondly, parking at check in area. There were several cars/vans in that area that were parked making no room for through traffic. The rooms and bathroom were large and the layout was nice. The location is good for those who like to check out I Drive

There is no option for 0 stars. I brought my Daughter here on vacation and nowhere did it say that the water resort was closed.. How is the water resort portion of a water park closed. Otherwise this place is great if you wanted to sit in overpriced Room with no resort arcade that's advertised be forewarned, it's 1 of those machines where you put a dollar in with the arm to grab a 50 cent stuffed animal. I'll never stay here again and I will share this to every outlet that I can find. Edit: The leaky faucets in the bath tub kept me up all night. PM for video. None of us were happy. Even our 2 neighbouring room people that we met were disgusted.

The staff of this hotel was very friendly & service oriented. From the manager Gloria, to the back bartender Kras to the housekeeping to another manager who fixed our safe in 5 minutes flat. The rental car agent was friendly. And the manager of the on-site convenience store opened up his door for us after he was closed. Our 3 kids had a blast at the water park!! Gloria allowed an early check-in for us, thank you. Gloria listened to our concerns & she really cares. She's a Blessing in the Industry. We would go there again. James & Jeanie

We have stayed at many resorts and hotels in Orlando but by far the kids enjoyed this one the most. We loved the price, location, and the customer service was amazing. They went above and beyond for our request. I'm 8 months pregnant and sometimes I am hard to satisfy (if you ask my husband) so while I hardly feel like washing my hair these days I felt it was only right to pass on my experience. Thank you management and the guy who fixed our toilet (5 minutes after i told them about the problem). Thank you young lady at the front desk for bringing some plastic forks and spoons after the restaurant forgot to give us some for our to go order, even though I asked them twice. Pregnant with no fork for my salad and cake was no picnic so I really appreciated it! We will definitely be back. The kids loved the water park and we loved everything else! Thanks again.

We stayed in a double queen water park view room. I always bring extra pillows since most hotels don't have the best but I was shocked when I walked in and each bed had 4 fluffy pillows! The room was clean and a.c. worked great. Main pool is open until 10 pm which was awesome since the water park closes at 7. We spent the day at the water park and the kids had a blast but the water park is one reason they got 4 stars instead of 5. The main attraction is the water park but some of the stuff at minnow lagoon didn't work which my 3 year old was bummed since you have to be tall to ride any slides. My 5 year old had a blast and was able to ride most of the slides. But other water park allow my 3 year old to ride some of those medium size slides so I'm not sure why they have the height so high. Other than the few not working things and the height rules we had a great time. When my 3 year old is taller we will definitely go back!

The water area was great. Lots of covered areas and seating. Very family friendly. There is a bar as well as food for purchase. Restrooms were clean and stocked appropriately. The only downside was that there weren't decent size towels. We didn't stay at this hotel. We paid to get into the water area and then paid $3 per towel to rent towels and they were small.

After arriving at 4pm to check in, I was told that I would receive a phone call to let me know It's okay to check in. Really? After waiting an additional 40 minutes with no phone call, I had to return to the front desk and skip line to get checked in. The room had filthy sheets that needed to be changed, the arcade had no AC in August in Orlando! The pool area had no towels available and the AC in the room worked when it wanted to. My over all experience for $293 for 2 days should have been much better. If this continues I'm not sure how much longer this place will be in business. This is Orlando Florida. A city with thousands of other resorts/ hotels that would have been more than happy to provide a positive enjoyable experience for $293. I wouldn't ever stay here again.

But the bartender Sam was awesome! The only reason for 2 stars. Thank you brother for your great service.

I would highly recommend to anyone with children! The staff was so amazing to my family. The rooms where well maintained. The food prices where resonable and very good as well as good portions. The water park was clean as well as very well maintained !

Great resort, but rooms need to be remodel and upgraded and have at least a microwave in the room. The resort plus the water park itself makes way more than enough money to remodel the rooms. Carpets should be steamed cleaned more, each floor smells like mildew when you come out of the elevator when walking to your room, also the air conditioning units in each room could be upgraded as well. But other than that the resort, staff and water park are nice.

We got our passes on Groupon for 17 bucks. The staff here is very friendly and outgoing, they want u to have a great time. There was plenty of great seating, if u wanted sun, there was seats and lounge chairs, if u wanted shade they had little cabanas that u didn't have to pay extra to use them. The bathrooms were the cleanest public bathrooms that I've ever seen, so whoever cleans them deserves recognition! They even have showers n the bathrooms to clean off all the chlorine off. There were no wait lines at all for any of the slides. I can't say more positive things about this water park. We didn't use this place to stay overnight but I def recommend this as a water park. Lifeguards were even doing drills throughout the day too. And they also have a pool that's half indoors and half covered by a roof. The toddlers section was also under the roof so u didn't need to worry about your little ones getting too much sun!!

My son and I had a great time. We stayed from open until almost close! The lifeguards were very friendly! So friendly that my son made friends with almost all of them. Very clean facility and organized. The receptionists are very nice and helpful as well. We definitely can't wait to come back!!

I enjoyed my stay at CoCo Key overall. The rooms looked just like the pictures. We tried to confirm our reservation the night before but the front desk person seemed to have some trouble with English- which proved a pain but never cause a problem. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean, showers worked well and the rooms and property were well maintained. The air conditioner irritated me because it took a while to cycle so it let the room get a little warm before kicking back on. Location made it easy to drive to Disney- the shuttle wasn't free and only runs once in the am/pm.

Incredibly family friendly! Water park was fun even as adults traveling alone. Parents had little consideration in the hot tub though and let toddlers run and splash in it- I had hoped it would have been my sanctuary lol. If you want any quiet, a room not overlooking the pools or in the center tower are best- tower on the water park side is the best view.
