Wow. Walking into this place was breathtaking. The property itself is really classy with a great pool and bar and the mix with fun imagery from universal really made for an excellent stay. The rooms themselves were comfy with strong A/C (I love to keep it cold in the room) and the beds were clean and comfy. The bathrooms could use some improvement but overall no real complaints there. I can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful hotel! We were there for work and had crazy hours. They were very accommodating with check in/out so we could get some rest. The most comfortable beds we've ever slept on. It is an older hotel, but very clean and comfortable. My daughter's and I felt safe and relaxed while there. Manager Phil and staff were friendly and eager to make our stay great. I wish all hotels were like this one. We look forward to our next stay.

Great Service. Friendly and professional. 4 star lobby and restaurant but 1 or 2 star room. I’ve seen better rooms in a Motel 6. Rooms are outdated. Hence, the 3 Star review. Food is good but expensive. Reserved through 3rd party website. 4 nights $300. Reasonable. Decided to stay an extra night. Hotel charged $200. Ridiculous! 4 star hotel with a 2 star experience. It was just okay. Partly my fault because I should have done better research and planning before booking my trip but overall, Over priced and over hyped.

Wow! I had the best time ever here! Booked this hotel for a excellent rate at ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ I love this hotel and I'm so happy I stayed here cheaper than what I typically spend.

Had a wonderful time. The pool area was beautiful and looking at the Orlando eye from the 14th floor was the prettiest thing I have seen in a long time. The staff was very kind.

Nice hotel, good service, friendly, clean, quiet, One of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. Ice machine on every floor, you got a pay to park but if you stay long enough it’s a little cheaper, 2 miles to Universal Studios, 1 mile to the Ferris wheel, great location. I got a pretty good deal on hotels.com. The only problem I had was the credit card swipe at the washing machine and the fart fan in the bathroom didnt work. Other than that I would definitely stay there again

The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. My fridge did not work for a week of my staying here. The internet is only good for 5 minutes before it disconnects. It prevented me from doing my work. Lets not forget also parking. I hope you did not rent one from the airport and need to park here as well.

Rooms pretty outdated and for the price there was no mini bar or fridge in the room which I would have expected from the Crowne Plaza. My husband and I spent our wedding night here and we're given a beer token each on arrival as our 'gift'. Again, not the 4/5 star experience I would have expected. Bed was comfy but nothing else stood out to me as luxurious

Currently staying here and I'm pleasantly surprised at how nice it has been. The Front desk, concierge, restaurant staff, room service have been exceptional. Our server Celine during lunch was the only one working the bar, pool and lunch area on Thanksgiving day. And she didn't complain one bit. I actually noticed her running around. Great attitude!!

I've stayed at many hotels but again my wife and I are truly impressed. The rooms could use a slight design update, but everything is clean and in good repair so this is minor and based on the look of the lobby which I heard was renovated not too long ago I'm sure the rooms are next on their list.

We're in town celebrating our 18 year anniversary so I'm glad it has turned out to be a great experience for a reasonable price.

Hotel looks like it’s from 1985. Just got here for Halloween horror nights at Universal and paid 400 for two nights. The problem is I can’t figure out if this is part of the horror nights experience! I’m on the “executive level” and I get a grandiose view of the junk yard adjacent to the hotel. At least we get the privilege of paying 16 dollars for parking and 18 dollars for breakfast! Yayy! I will never stay at this hotel again and strongly encourage anyone considering visiting Orlando to NOT PAY FOR THIS HOTEL. I’m actually shocked at how this place received 4.1 stars. HAS to be rigged. The pictures on the website are soooo different from the actual room. I just can’t say enough at how disappointed I am. The Crowne Plaza literally ruined my vacation.

    Reply to feedback:
The “Junk yard” is posted in the picture. I’m not sure how you receive such rave reviews on the view from the executive level. There wasn’t much to see. If I squinted, I could make out the top of volcano bay and what appears to be a roller coaster in the distance. Don’t exaggerate your claims and you won’t have unhappy guests. Update the pictures on your website and manage your social media presence better because people that pay to stay in your hotel are genuinely disappointed. Your rooms are gross, unmaintained and outdated. Your amenities are laughable. There is never an excuse to have soap scum and mildew in a bath tub. Take more pride in your actual hotel and less in your responses to bad reviews. It makes me feel like a very satisfied guest when I get a reply on google from someone essentially denying everything I’m saying instead of taking any kind of accountability. No one cares if YOU like the views and amenities because YOU aren’t a paying guest of the hotel.

Very nice! Good staff. Clean room. Good view! But it was just a tad bit outdated (little rust here and there in the bathroom). Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay.

The hotel really surprised me! Upon entering I could tell it was recently rennovated. The room I stayed in was very clean and tidy. The staff was very friendly as well. The pool area and gym were very nice too. Best part about this hotel is it's location. Right down the street from Universal Studios and the interstate. Would recommend based off my experience!

A wonderful hotel. Courteous and respectful staff. Lovely restaurant for any meal of the day. Beautiful grounds. Exceptionally clean rooms and just an all around excellent experience. Would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends who visit the Orlando area. Thank you for making our honeymoon stay so wonderful.

This was truthfully the best experience in any hotel I have ever stayed in. Customer service was beyond great. They attended to any needs or suggestions to make you feel like your home. Front desk wasn't miserable and they are very personable. Even valet had a great demeanor. Please continue to do what you do. Your staff is Awesome. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Since I live in South Florida my friends and I usually drive to Orlando for a weekend getaway. I have stayed at several hotels in the area and I have never experienced such horrible customer service. Once I arrived at the hotel to check in I was not greeted with a warm smile or a pleasant welcome, instead I felt like I was bothering the receptionist. I provided her my information, once I realized that I accidentally booked a room with a king size bed instead of a double bed I asked if there was any way she could possibly check and see if she could accomande my request to have a double bed instead. She didn't even acknowledge my request and simply handled me the hotel room key card. I actually had to ask her where is the room located, she rolled her eyes at me and just pointed to the direction of the building which the room was located, like I was supposed to know that. The hotel is very well located and the rooms are decent but the customer service experience I received was absolutely horrible especially coming from the front staff because they're the face of the company and the first person you come in contact with and for that reason I would never stay at the Crowne Plaza hotel again.

While the video is nice and kept clean The front desk staff was less than helpful and rather rude. I would stay somewhere else next time.

Very close to Universal. Not terribly expensive. Mostly clean. Nice lobby and restaurant. Executive room is nice. TV could be nicer. Bathroom is good, although found a couple of hairs on the dish with free shampoo. Nice staff. Overall, would recommend.

Nice place, fairly central to theme parks. My room was a "standard", but perfectly adequate to my needs. Perhaps a little on the older side, but clean and comfortable. Friendly staff, good amenities, nice pool. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Would visit again.
