Started my trip to Orlando with this hotel and it was awful. The room had a very bad odor and they doesn't want to help us in this matter also the construction is very old, the elevator take for ever. I think Hotwire rip me off this time telling me that it's a 3 star hotel but it worth a 1 star hotel. Would not recommend this place

Room listed online as 2 queen beds with a double bed. They have NO ROOMS with this bed configuration. Room was dirty. Stained sheets, burned out bulb, telephone didn't work. The front desk was extremely rude when notified of the issue. Said they didn't have maintenance available and refused to slow me to speak to a manager. Refused to issue a refund based on their own policy. I will never stay here again.

Clean, comfortable friendly hotel. Welcoming staff. free WiFi, complimentary breakfast, gym and pool amenities amongst other luxuries are all available to make your stay even more enjoyable. Especially after a hard day of leisure parks or after shopping.

Nice staff, clean room, but our mini fridge didn't work. A good hotel for if your on a budget and want to spend your money on something other than lodging.

You get what you pay for. Waffles are tasty though. Pillows could be upgraded as very old ones in place.

Kind of ghetto. I couldn't fall asleep because of a fight happening outside at the bowling alley next door. It lasted over an hour. Kept checking on our van to make sure it wouldn't get broken into. Yikes

A good budget hotel. Staff friendly and helpfull. Room cleaned everyday. OK so the breakfast may have had the same choice everyday but for a continental breakfast it was more than you normally expect. Also Disney is right on your doorstep, for those on a budget it's perfect. I would have no hesitation in staying here or recommending this hotel.

They used the nicer location to advertise. What you actually get is a run down hotel with a little pool with very rude staff. On the site says they also have room service but much of a surprise it is the other location that offers this. So bassicly got scammed. Will do more research next time. Learned our lesson.

I decided to stay at this hotel for 3 nights thinking it was a decent price for a decent hotel with a pool. I was celebrating my husband and I's anniversary and was visiting universal studios. I was wrong, the first night coming into the room I quickly noticed the roaches hanging out in the bathroom and by the sink I ignored it and got rid of them. When I turned on the shower the shower head was broken so I had to tell the front desk about it and they changed it for me . The shower curtain had so many stains on it that I avoided taking a shower all together. The bed sheets had hair on them and it looked like they were never changed. The only good thing that was decent would probably be the pool. I started noticing a weird smell in the room after the second day .. I tried to stay out of this room during my whole stay at Orlando . For the most part the front desk lady was friendly. The breakfast wasn't as bad , but the walls were so thin I heard everything that went outside of my bedroom door and next Door. Do yourself a favor and pick another hotel. My husband and I regret it.

The front desk staff was very friendly, they answered all of our questions and told us how to get to our room. Our room has 2 queen beds, they apologized because one of them was broke and they are waiting to get the new bed in. It didn't bother us because we only needed one bed. The room is clean, run down some but they are in the process of renovating. Breakfast had cereals, bread, waffles, fruit, and muffins. The first night there we went to the pool for a couple of hours. The pool is nice, they have towels on the pool deck and the pool hours is for most of the day from 0900 to 2300. It was really windy that day so there were leaves in the pool but its an outdoor pool so it is expected. Maintenance is quick to respond and housekeeping did a good job cleaning the room while we were gone.

I was so surprised when I first got here. I expected this place to be just like every other $50 a night motel. The rooms are very clean, the bathroom and shower is decent, and the people around here aren't questionable unlike other Kissimmee hotels that are filled with homeless people and drug addicts. I would recommend this Motel to any tourist going to Orlando for the theme parks. This Motel is minutes from Disney and there's quite a few things to do within walking distance of this place. Absolutely loved it!
