Super clean rooms. Beds are super comfy ! Awesomely priced too. My only concerns, carpet in the hallway needs to cleaned to remove slight odors and breakfast should not be $20 a plate. I’ve had the same
breakfast buffet for free at much cheaper hotels.

Although it is quite annoying to have to walk so far to get to the main building from your rooms, the hotel and the rooms are lovely. The decor is relatively up to date, the structure looks good and the room was spacious. I do wish microwaves were allowed in the room, especially because of the previously mentioned trek being the only way to get to one, as the only one available to guests was located in the main building. The location is very central to a large tourist area and the availability of parking was great.

Noisy and worn down rooms. The two level concept of this resort leaves much to be desired. We could hear hard footsteps until past midnight, children running down the exterior walkways, children crying and screaming in the adjoining rooms, and parents leaving the room doors open to the outside so that even more noise carried forward.

Walls carry sound from the adjoining rooms.

We booked at this resort solely because of the World Kickboxing and Karate Championships were being held at this location.

The toilet base leaked, and the switch for the shower did not fully engage and sprayed from the faucet in a fan-like distribution.

Air conditioning did not feel as such. Indeed the humidity in the room was quite high so cooling felt uncomfortable to the skin like walking into a cool mist humidifier.

On the positive side, pool was clean and well kept, grounds were attractive, and there are plenty of amenities both within the resort and surrounding area. The venue for the Championships was well organized. I would give this 2.5/5 stars.

The staff was first class. I don't recall anyone not going out of their way to greet me. Wonderful guest services. The only reason the property doesn't get a 5 star is simply the room had updated furniture but was a little dated otherwise. I do recommend this property and wish I could duplicate the staff and their attentiveness everywhere I go.

Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The rooms were nice and very clean. Close to all the major Orlando attractions that we wanted to visit (no mouse this trip). Great selection of pools with an outdoor hot tub. Good food at the restaurant by the pools.

This is a nice resort. It's clean, the staff is friendly, and it looks beautiful! The address of the resort says International Drive but it's main building is off Sand Lake Road. Also, even though the water in the rooms can get really hot, there's low water pressure. The parking is also limited depending on which building you're in and the hallways to the rooms are very long. But, knowing all this for myself now, my family wouldn't mind staying again!

I loved my stay at the Wyndham. It was really nice and clean. They had big comfortable beds with fresh clean sheets and very nice staff. We were worried that they'd be shady and charge us for the air conditioner, since when we turned it on the buttons wouldn't work and neither would the air. But we had someone come up and check it out and he said that they rewired the air and it was just turning on and off automatically. Also the room had an amazing window that showed the outside parking lot. Although, yes it's just a parking lot, it's nice to know you're not stuck in a room and all that. We were there for the annual CEO fighting game convention and as always we enjoyed it. The event is right inside the hotel which hold a lot of people. They also have a Starbucks near here. Wawa is also somewhere near there if you're looking for a quick bite. Overall such a nice place to stay. I enjoyed it so much.

Location is very convenient, close to many restaurants and stores within walking distance. Service and check in was good, but the bed wasn't made properly and the chair cushions weren't tied so it slid off the chair when sat on. Beds were comfy but the pillows weren't as fluffy. All in all it was a pretty good experience, barring the small details of the room.

I stayed at the WYNDHAM resort in September and have to say I had a mixed experience. The room we were originally allocated was disappointing it overlooked a car park and reminded me of a Motel and not a resort. After a couple of days the shower broke and I was moved to another room. This time the room overlooked the pool area and the duck pond. It was like being in another resort. I have given this Hotel a good review because of the fantastic way they looked after us during Hurricane Irma. They ensured the guests were safe, made sure hot food was available and the communications were good. Unfortunately our room slightly flooded and without hesitation we were moved to another room. The cleaning was spot on, you had coffee facilities, clean bedding every day. Walking around the resort was lovely. I think your experience in the Wyndham is down to the room that you get allocated. Overall an excellent stay great location and I will definitely stay again. Thank you Wyndham Hotel.

It seems that we have this terribly criminal behavior in America that's called falling asleep in public for which we have the full effort and resources of security and law enforcement to combat, however for some reason serious crime continues to occur in spite of the efforts of security and law enforcement. However watch out for those guys that fall asleep, they are the real criminals in America aren't they? Sure, sleeping in public may be inappropriate but when something serious happens where is security and law enforcement? What doesn't seem obvious to me is how a guy that falls asleep is a criminal. What is obvious to me are people sleeping in their cars in these parking lots for example, taxi drivers, left undisturbed. The bottom line is that in America we always have to have a group to persecute. 😑 PS. While I'm asking, let me also ask why such little attention is paid to the excessive panhandling, drinking of beer in the parking lot, and smoking of pot gets so little or no attention from security, law enforcement, or the business management by people that don't "look like me?" So tell me why "certain people" garner so much attention while others receive no attention at all for much more serious infractions of the law. I see it, why don't you? Bias perhaps?

We arrived after a long day at the park and walked into our room which is completed with hardwood floors and updated decor. The overall cleanliness of the room was excellent. We had a small incident with a sheet that had something on it, once we noticed and called front desk the immediately sent out Dorthoy Hudson (night cleaning manager) she was so personable while replacing the bed outfit, the staff assisting were also so professional and prompt. The rooms are amazing but not the best part, their are multiple pools, bars, plenty of seating around the pool, access to everything you could imagine in walking distance! The facility its self is wonderful!

I stayed here a week ago and didn't realize until several days after checkout that I left a very expensive timepiece behind. I called security and Dawna (head of security) and Andrea (security staff) found my wristwatch and have just overnights it back to me. I have no doubt that if this had taken place at any less of a hotel, I would have never seen it again. The facilities were great, rates are incredibly low, and best of all, the staff is absolutely extraordinary. I would usually tend to stay at a higher ranked hotel near the parks but after this experience I will be staying at the Wyndham for all trips back to the area. Incredible experience!

Very nice front desk staff that went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. They even called the room about 15 minutes after we checked in to assure everything was in order. Rooms were clean, quiet and cool. Beds comfy and bathroom was spotless. We did have a quick drink at the pool bar but it was late and not much to report about that.

I stayed in room 724. It was most beautiful room I've seen in a long time. I love when I call the front desk they greet me with my name and asked how they could help me. They have a shuttle to and from your room via golf cart if needed. The grounds are absolutely breathtaking. The Ducks are an added feature and the hot tub was wonderful. Very large grounds very well landscaped definitely a serene surrounding. I will come back to this place over and over again. Since the rates are reasonable, I can afford this luxury. Breakfast Buffet was very reasonable and exceeded my expectations. Gator Villas one of the restaurants on the grounds. Totally fresh food Pleasant atmosphere. I have not met any employee on this property who has not been more than nice and friendly. I found no issues with anything during my stay except phone reception in building 7 absolutely horrible. My fault for choosing a less than sufficient company Metro PCS. I am very sure that my next day will be in building 8 10 or 12. Anything with a view premium room will be my next choice
