The rooms was nice and clean, service was spot on. A very good place to visit.

Roaches were in the room and the staff didn't care, she just said 'oh, we'll have it cleaned', like it happens all the time. (It probably does.) The 'breakfast' consisted of low budget Walmart bread (WHICH IS RATIONED TWO PIECES PER GUEST), off brand frosted flakes, and TAMPICO JUICE. And the water in the shower is lukewarm at best. More than often, it's cold. You'd be better off sleeping in your car than staying here.

Good location along I drive, it has swimming pool available, affordable price and the best one is the shuttle to epcot Disney and universal. Breakfast is just really basic. Coffee, juice, bread, jam and corn flakes. Literally continental. It could have been nice to have a little bit sometimes.

This hotel was more like something out of a horror movie. It smelled like a old basement, the water was literally cold, the breakfast consisted of squished bread that you can toast with a broken toaster, coffee, Frosted Flakes, and orange juice. The room had an adjoining door with a roughly 2 inch gap at the bottom, so I could hear everything my neighbors were doing/saying, even with their television down low, I could hear it. My son who is 6 was so frightened one night due to hours of people right outside our room screaming at and threatening each other that he didn't go to sleep until 3 AM. I was too afraid to call the police because I knew they would be able to hear me talking from outside my room. Their shuttle is a joke to say the least, and it has crappy hours for drop off and pick up from City Walk. They did not clean our room at all while we were there, sure they came in and made the beds and left fresh towels, but that was it, which would be alright except for the fact that they charged my step-father 5 star prices for 1/2 star accommodations. In fact, he paid for the room in advance in full, yet when we got there they added an additional 400.00 to what we had already paid and claimed that what was paid previously was just a deposit (he is still fighting to get his money back).
    I would NOT stay here!!!!!!
    Lesson learned!!

Original price $27. $42 after taxes. I knew I was going cheap. They do require $100 cash deposit. It's central to action and restaurants or pubs. I knew to bring my own blankets and a bottle of cleaner due to price. I cleaned because I'm a bit OCD, (obsessive cleaning disorder) but honestly, it was fine. No Ritz, but perfect location, friendly staff and overall worth much more than the asking price.

Hotel location is great..but room is not so good. Rooms are clean but electric equipments are seems pretty old..no proper lights and bathroom fan sound like a generator.. breakfast also does not have any options other than bread and cereals.

Cheap, BUT Walked into the room and there was no light switch. The light switch on the wall powers the TV. Had to find a lamp and turn it on in the dark. Room smelled like weed. Complimentary laptop was broken. Bathroom light strobes like a rave party when you turn it on. Staff made guest requests seem like a serious pain when checking in. Apparently the complimentary breakfast does not include hot items so I'm guessing no pancakes or Waffles or any usual items. Staff didn't answer the phone when we tried to call ahead. UPDATE: breakfast was a piece of bread and cereal.

Employees were friendly and location was great but the room smelled VERY strong of Fabuloso, blankets didn't seem cleaned, rooms and bathrooms need to be better cleaned, dresser drawers just hung open, there was a large gap under the door that leads to the room next door which was very awkward. Me and my kids could here the couple next door in their strange conversation. Ac worked, beds were fine. Breakfast was pathetic. Ice machine was constantly empty. Wouldn't stay here again.

It's what you expect from a $45 hotel. My room was clean. Friendly staff. Good location. They do want $100 cash deposit up front so you don't steal anything, but they give it back when you leave. The decor and furniture could do with updating, but whatever. You certainly can't beat the price.

One thing to note: they charge $100 deposit when you check in, and will give it back to you, if you paid cash, when you check out. If you paid by card, it will take a few days for the money to appear on your bank account. For us, we paid by card, and we were so lucky to have it back just the day after checking out.

Overall, it's in a very good location, close to many restaurants and fast food chains. They have shuttle service to Universal Studios only twice a day, one in the early morning from the motel, the other around 7.30pm from Universal Studios.

The quality of the motel is about OK. It's definitely not a hotel. Poor shower, but the room is definitely ok to just stay for the nights. Breakfast, if included, is just two slices of bread, with unlimited cold milk and cereal, and water and coffee.

    The staff are helpful.
