It's definately not glamorous. Some of the tile is broke in the bathroom, water stain on the ceiling. Beds are comfy but standard. Good location and they seve free breakfast.

The rooms were nice. Super comfortable pillows. Very clean and orderly. The continental breakfast was small, not many options. They also do not give you many towels for a room with 4 people, so you'd need to ask for extra.

Extremely disappointed!! I wish I would have gotten one of the big clean rooms I read about in the reviews!! I reserved my room through AAA so I trusted them when they said this was a 4 star hotel. They just put me in I believe to be the worst room in this hotel. I checked in at 145 am, so I don't have the strength or patience to ask for another room and we are only staying one night. I believe that they do have rooms that are better than the one I'm in now, but for some reason they felt that this room was worthy enough for me and my children.
I always inspect the hotel rooms that I stay in and this one is bad. Dusty, spiders and spider webs everywhere, refrigerator isn't even cold, now my food will be wasted. Bathroom, walls, carpet, ugh!!! For what I paid, I could have stayed at any other hotel. The customer service would have been better, the room would have been cleaner and the refrigerator would have worked .
I've never been so itchy in my life. Girls want to sleep with light on because they are afraid spiders and bugs will come out when the light goes off. Now at 230am I'm cleaning, wiping down stuff and sanitising everything that should have been done before we got here. I would expect that management or someone would come inspect the rooms before guest arrive.
This room, room 100, for those planning on staying here, is below standard, no where near worthy of the 4 stars this hotel was given. As a matter of fact, this is my first worst hotel experience ever. Wasted money. If they give you this room key, immediately ask for another room! I have pictures I'll be sending to Triple A and management as well.response / report this review -

I needed a overnight spot during a long road trip. Front desk was very accommodating. Found space despite having no reservations. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Convenient distance from Ohio Turnpike. Breakfast included.

Very personable and friendly staff, I'm here for work and a worker actually sat and ate breakfast with me while getting breakfast going before other guests were up. She told me all about the hotel and the town, it has a really nice feel and exceptional staff

Room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good, the pool was fun. The hotel over all was great! Will be coming back for another night.

Room, pool area, breakfast area, and fitness room were all clean and well kept. The free breakfast was pretty good and almost identical to most other holiday inn expresses I've stayed at. It's nothing amazing, but it is convenient and free and offers lots of options.

Today I had the most amazing experience at this hotel. We arrived early and they already had my room ready to go. The room was exceptionally clean and I was checked in and in my room very quickly. The desk girl was busy with a customer but a gentleman named AJ came out from the back to help us get checked in quicker. The breakfast the next morning was very hot and fresh and the girl in the breakfast room was very friendly and even cleaned up our plates for us when we finished. I would recommend this place for sure!!!
