My family and I reallllly loved this hotel! The staff were Friendly, fast, and Fantastic The room layout was very spacious and clean! We traveled from Philadelphia and were exhausted the beds were soooooo comfy! I would recommend this hotel and plan on staying at other Cambria Suites! It was a great experience!!!!

Had a one night stay for a business meeting and class. Loved the hotel. It was very easy to get to, the room was clean, plenty of linens, and appreciated that the bedspread was new and was not the standard "hotel" bedspread. Also appreciated the 2 king sized beds in the room where you usually get queens in other hotels. Loved the armoire in the room that gave space for hanging clothes and I loved the walk in shower. The staff was friendly and informative - they were GREAT! The only negative I have was charging your phone, there were no USB ports by the beds, you had to plug them in at the desk or at the plug near the coffee maker. I will definitely stay here when I am in town the next time.

My family and I stayed at this Cambria Suites on October 12th, and I can say that I have rarely felt so comfortable in a hotel. From check-in to late night drinks and a light meal, to a swim and a soak in the hot tub to relax from the rigors of a long day of driving, this hotel is one of the best in its class. I was impressed with its cleanliness which is much appreciated, and we found the bar staff and the food to be far above the typical chain hotel fare. We needed some bottled water to mix with baby formula in the early morning, and the front desk staff went out of their way to find room temperature water for us. The rooms are spacious, the walk-in shower was a plus for me since I have arthritis and an artificial hip, and the light in the bathroom was bright enough to see what I was doing. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay.

Rooms are fantastic. Food is perfect. Beautiful bar. We ran into an issue with the pool being over shocked due to a technical problem , but management handled it efficiently.

I was really really looking forward to gathering more information about possibly hosting my baby shower here in a few months. I spoke with Jill on the phone yesterday morning (8/28/17) and quickly realized that she was not at ALL invested in helping me.

I was quite rudely told my request would not be possible because their event rooms are only set up for business meetings. Despite the website saying "We can also host banquets, reunions, and OTHER SOCIAL AFFAIRS". I mentioned that online there is information about setting up the rooms in different ways to accomodate different amounts of people, so I didn't understand what the problem was?

Again, very rudely and condescendingly and while laughing at me she literally says "Plates silverware cups". I told her online it says they offer catering for most events. So again, I didn't understand the problem. I told her I didn't appreciate or understand why she was laughing at me? Her response was she was just trying to get me to understand and she will have the manager call me back to tell me what they can do for me.

Trying to get me to understand? I am being given conflicting information compared to what is online that doesn't make sense, so while I may be confused, I'm not stupidwhich is exactly how she made me feel.

I understand if their rooms are meant for business affairs only. That's fine, I get it. But TONE IS EVERYTHING. I don't know why she could not have POLITELY told me why my request couldn't work. I did NOT expect to be laughed at and rudely told they couldn't accomodate me. The website does not at all match what I was told, so I suggest updating your website to say business meetings only, to take off catering as an option because dinnerware is apparently too big of a problem, and train your employees to be actually be POLITE to potential customers.

If I am treated this poorly on the phone how would my guests and I be treated in person? We'll see if I even get a call from the manager. I bet she didn't even talk to him.

The staff here goes above and beyond to make sure that you have everything that you need and that your stay is as pleasurable as possible. From the moment that you arrive and are greeted by warm smiling faces to the moment that you check out the staff truly makes you feel as if you are a valued guest. The bar has a nice atmosphere and the food is good. The rooms are clean and I highly recommend going for the double Queen Suite with the tub in the bathroom. This particular room feels like a studio apartment and really makes traveling feel luxurious.

The rooms are always clean and comfortable nicely decorated. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The food if you eat from the restaurant is always really good as well. My husband and I stop here every time we visit my family, it's our half way point and we always have a restful stay.

Great rooms and good bar and food service. There's a microwave and fridge in my room and there is no smoking on the premises. If you have to be away from home, this is where you should be staying.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating! I stay here frequently for work. If you join the rewards program you can get a free drink every time you stay.

The customer service is awsome. The rooms are also great. The food is delicious. What a great combination. The housekeeping also scored and provided a clean room. I would recommend this hotel to everyone looking for not only great service but a beautiful place stay with great food.

Everything about this place was great. Friendly staff, well kept/updated rooms, conveniently placed near the highway and easy to access other local places. Stayed in a one bedroom suite, which was both spacious and felt like being at home. Two flat screen TVs, a large work desk, large and spacious bathroom, and everything else you would expect from a hotel room. Computer area is available in the lobby for both personal or business use, making it convenient to access email or get some work done while on the go.
