The motel is very cold. I asked for an extra blanket twice at the front desk and did not receive one. When the housekeeping cleaned my room in the morning they replenished my coffee, but I had to go get my own cream and sugar packets and bring them to my room. Also I the breakfast is only raisin Bran and bagels with no jelly or jam offered. You aren't allowed to take the breakfast to your room to eat it. Also, not all of the rooms are renovated. Before my room was changed the room that they gave me was horrendous and from the 70's. It smelled of cigarettes and stale cigars. They switched my room and the new room is decent, however.

Room was comfortable. Had all the things needed. Bathroom had just a regular light bulb where a heat bulb should have been therefore it was quite chilly. Continental breakfast was very sparse but coffee was hot. Would stay again.

bonus star for no bedbugs!
heat worked and there's hot water.
my non-smoking room didn't smell like cigarettes.
WiFi is decently fast with no other guests using up the bandwidth.
the complimentary Continental Breakfast consisted of a wide selection of: presumably off-brand Raisin Bran, coffee, watered-down orange juice, room-temperature milk, and plain bagels with butter.

The entire hotel smells dirty. The room in which i had smelled like it hadnt been cleaned in months the bed was old an harder than any bed i had ever slept in the toilet leaked all over the floor the shower pressure an temperature sucked it never got hot only warm an the shower head sprayed everywhere except on me the bathroom sink leaked an dripped the towels were stained the pillows were flat there were stains all over the carpet an chairs. This place completely sucked horribly an i will never return an on top of it all customer service was horrible an rude to all ends !!!

Needs a good cleaning and updates badly. Just a place to sleep the night before take off. Can leave car which is nice and shuttle service was prompt picking up. All in all not bad.

Hotels very old it needs a little bit of renovating and also airspray in the elevator who smells like marijuana. There's definitely some serious maintenance issues as far as wallpaper tile bathroom facilities cleanliness overall as rough. The hallway on the inside of the building looks like something from The Shining. If you need an inexpensive place to stay 1 or 2 nights and you don't really care then this is the hotel for you if you're looking for something a little bit nicer spend the extra fifty bucks a night somewhere else.

This hotel doesn't deserve any stars whatsoever! I had to kill a cockroach in room 307. They moved me to room 317 and I found a huge bedbug just chilling on the wall. They are bug infested. They wouldn't give me my money back and their terrible staff was even worse. Tracy the manager did absoultuey nothing to help me and just gave me attitude and Liz who is the lady at the front desk was very rude also and just laughed. Their breakfast is disgusting and is surrounded by flies every morning. Bagels and watered down orange juice is NOT a continental breakfast. It smells so bad in the rooms and I've been in 2 of them. Don't waste your time nor money at America's Best Value Inn on Brookpark!

It's good for a night before or after a flight. You can stay here the night before a trip. You can leave your car here, it's cheaper than the airport charges and they have an airport van.

Don't expect a decent meal from the bar. But the drinks were cheap and it had a pool table! Bar staff were loud, couldn't help but listen to their unprofessional conversations. The toilet in our hotel room blocked up every single time we flushed it. Staff could have checked us in and out with a smile at least! And the continental breakfast was very average with no dairy-free options so I had to bring in my own jam for my bagel. Bed was comfortable but bring your own pillow!

I checked in at 9pm,but doesn't go to the room at that time. The girl at the desk was talking trash about another guest, who was upset about the bar being closed. Who can blame him? If you pay for a hotel that says there a bar, you expect to be able to go to a bar! But she and the shuttle driver stood there right in front of me and talked about him. The girl that checked me on was not pleasant AT ALL! She barely looked at me! When I reserved the room it asked if I would be using the wifi, eating breakfast and parking. I checked us to all. I assumed that she would give me a password for the WiFi, but wrong,and no directions to where the restaurant was in the hotel either, and after reading other reviews I see that there was supposed to be a continental breakfast, but there was nobody in the lobby when I went down in the morning to all about it! And this wasn't even the worst part!!! My sheets had cigarette burns in them, the lamp shade was disgusting, there was an inch of dust on the head board, the toilet didn't flush right, there was mold in the shower, the water was bearly luke warm and the spray from the shower head stung so bad I couldn't rinse my face, my son couldn't even take a shower, there was a bug smashed on the wall and the sliding door to the balcony was jacked up and there was no handle to open it! Mind you, it's midnight so who's taking a shower, or going out on the balcony, not me! So most of the issues I didn't find until morning but my son was also sleeping by the time I got into bed to notice the burns on the sheet! I know that you get what you pay for but come on now! $70 is not cheap, and we didn't even get into the room until midnight! I called today to complain about the room to the manager, Tracy. She said the best she can do is give me 50% off the room because we did stay in it, but kinda had an attitude with me for not having them move my room at MIDNIGHT when I got there with my 7 year old! Let me wake him up so that you can move me to another nasty room? I think not! I think I'll stay elsewhere next time!

The hotel is old and it's in a terrible location with no entertainment or restaurants in the area. Definitely needs updates and the non smoking rooms reak of stale cigarettes.

I don't recommend this hotel to NOBODY. THE ROOM WE STAYED IN WAS ON THE 3RD FLOOR. DIRTY DIRTY. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS BAD. THERE WAS STUFF LEFT IN THE ROOM FROM THE PREVIOUS GUEST. SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY AND STAY AT A CLEAN HOTEL.. DON'T STAY HERE..
