Best Rest n almost two weeks!! Slept so good I overslept!

Loved it there was a regular until I has to go the the office for a leakingg sink that had leaked I to my couch purse that had my hair straightened and curling iron and things of that nature in it as well as the sheets being dirty and the t.v. going on and out and was told they don't like complainers and asked to leave since they were refunding a night u did not leave. You would think I wouldn't go back! I did I mean I was there probably 20 times in a month in a half and the last time I was told I couldn't come back because I was accused of being a prostitute and I stayed with my partner there every time i stayed. I'm guessing because I stood outside on top balcony smoking a cigarette and the guy next door to my left was out there smoking as well and we were talking,however at the time the lady next door to my right must have been a prostitute cuz there was about e 3-4 different days in and out in 24 hours and the police ran up in that room twice.mind you I was told this the day aftwr my healthy vibrant 50 year old mother suddenly died cuz of a doctor's mistake and I was trying to boom a room again after leaving the hospital at 11pm tried to book at 4am cuz I was there a big huge mess and was told this at that time with them knowing my mother just died hours before!

Service was fine and price point was what we needed so we weren’t expecting a 5 star hotel experience. Finding a cockroach in the bathroom was also something we weren’t expecting. I recommend spending an extra twenty dollars at a different hotel for peace of mind. We slept horribly due to paranoia of bugs. You can thank my husband for the second star.

We are staying in room 124. Got here Sunday night and noticed the tub did not have a plug. Told the front desk and they said they would send someone in the morning to fix it. Its been 2 days and no one has fixed it yet. I have told them every day and keep getting the same response. Very disappointed with this place. We stayed here in April and had no issues then.

Cheap n affordable. We had to buy all new bed linens b/c we found blood stain on mattress pad. Staff friendly. Dryer was broke. Stayed here one week til We could find a rental nearby. Just moved from NOLA.

This hotel is excellent for the price, nice, small, clean, aged rooms. The best part of the hotel is the beautiful pool. Staff is also helpful. Only down side is when your neighbor opens or closes your door you heat it loudly.

The experience overall was good. For the price, it has the basic necessities you need and the staff was friendly and accommodating! If I had to come back to this area for myself alone, I would most certainly come once again.

Prices were reasonable, and the room/location was very comfortable. Only drawback was being by the highway. Our Uber location was difficult to pinpoint being so close to 76.

They're running me my room left me alone I was a good night sleep good night's rest the people here are friendly always willing to help anything you need you can ask for and they go above and beyond very good people here loved it will come again

General manager checked me in, very young, but obviously competent. I had medical issues at the time and he was very empathetic and helpful. A first class young man. Room was OK, I have seen much worse. No bugs and a great rate. Neighbors were extremely noisy, but that wouldn't stop me from staying here again.
