We had our swim girls Christmas party and gift exchange this afternoon. The service was excellent and the food was tasty! Beautyful decor and friendly staff. Will definitely return again.

Absolutely LOVED this place. Clean and well run. The staff are some of the friendliest I have ever seen. They seem to take pride in their work. We ate at the bistro and the food and drinks were out of this world. Armando was a fantastic server. I forget the bar tenders name but she was fantastic as well. Will definitely be going back on our next weekend out there.

This is wonderful place to stay. The decor of the hotel is superb. All the way from the historic home at the front of the property to the many antiques and historic pictures throughout the property. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The Skye Bistro and Bar were both top notch. The location is close to Great Lakes Mall and many excellent places to eat.

This is a WONDERFUL place to stay. Fine restaurant right in facility, all the usual amenities. Super staff. A REAL "separate sitting area" with its own TV. I only wish it was on our way to Nova Scotia--we would surely book in twice a summer. Nice, clean, elegant--we LOVED it.

The best Best Western we gave ever stayed at. Beautifully appointed and clean large rooms. Staff all had smiles on their face & were always helpful. Highly recommend it.

This Best Western is a little gem. Very caring and helpful staff. Lovely ambiance in the lobby. Very clean comfortable room. Excellent meal in the dining room. Above average free breakfast. Pool looks clean and well maintained. Highly recommended. Will book this hotel again in the future.

Best experience ever at a Best Western. I can easily see why this hotel has received so many recognition awards. The hotel decor is great inside and out and the staff are very professional and courteous. The on-site restaurant has some very good offerings and is also highly rated. Exceptional value. I will definitely stay again.

I used to live a few blocks from this hotel, and remember when the original historic building was being expanded into the hotel, and now have just stayed as a visitor for the second time. They could not have done a better job across all aspects, from decor, to staffing and service, to the overall feeling of welcome. My parents initially stayed years ago when visiting us, then my father and I stayed about seven years ago when working on renovating my son's condominium in the same town, and now my entire family has just stayed to visit my new granddaughter. Lawnfield has only gotten better from its already great beginning. Services from housekeeping to restaurant to breakfast to front desk are all friendly and attentive and thorough. The restaurant which is a recent addition has also turned out to be a destination for locals for dinner and lunch as well as Hotel guests. We will be returning to Lawnfield from this point out whenever we return to Mentor to visit family.

Easy check in with polite staff. One asked why we were visiting and were very compassionate when I started for my grandmothers funeral.
We were allowed early check in for both rooms which was very helpful for the viewing that day.

This was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at on out travels! The exterior and interior of the hotel was what I can only describe as fitting a flagship model.., the interior decor was impressive and the antique furniture was exceptional! The staff were all professional, courteous, helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

Very pleasant and reasonable priced hotel. The staff is very friendly and went above and beyond. Rooms were cozy and comfy. Make sure you try the Skye Restaurant inside the hotel, great food!!! Would recommend to anyone. Had to stay 4 nights!
