It was right off the interstate, in a very convenient location. I was able to check in with no problem. The room was very spacious, and there was plenty of surface area to lay things out. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked great. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely disgusting. The rooms could be nice if they were cleaned and maintained properly. The orkin man was literally spraying all the rooms upon are arrival. Even the bedding was dirty. Might be a good price but definitely a crummy motel. Not a place I felt comfortable taking my family.

This was the most disgusting motel I've ever laid eyes on. There was a blood stain on the wall in the bathroom. The shower didn't have a plug or strainer. It was just a dirty pipe. The faux wood floor was dusty. There were crumbs on the small fridge. The old stench of smoke filled the room. We changed up and got the same thing. I wouldn't recommend this to Lucifer himself. I'm.all about saving money for a cheap hotel room But this was not worth saving a few dollars. Go somewhere else!

My wife, children, and I were traveling through this area and had been driving all night when we stumbled on this establishment. Had a huge sign that read new beds & clean rooms. We purchased 2 rooms and both rooms were disgusting. Their were some random white stains on the comforters in both rooms, dirt in the beds, and hair that was not ours. Could not shower here, it felt like the handle and faucet were going to pull out of the wall. Went to the front desk they gave me some new sheets and said that they would leave a note with the manager for in the morning. Manager was not very helpful when the morning came explained to him or situation and he approached it with a non caring attitude. Very rude and unhelpful. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

It says clean rooms, new beds, new management, give us a try. DONT DO IT!!! We got 2 rooms both were very gross. We had lots of hairs and stains on the bedding, the toilets are not cleaned, the faucets for the sink and shower almost come of in your hand. Spills not cleaned up from people before. The employee handed us sheets to make our own bed and told its to talk to manager in morning. We slept in our sleeping bags. Manager is hateful and argued advising he cleaned the room himself. He gave us $10 off a room. :(

The resort is nice and they have things to do there and close by. The spa was fantastic would definitely do this trip again. The room service was great better than a lot of place I have stayed. i would recommend staying there anytime

I was pleasantly surprised by the value place in mentor I stayed at while visiting my daughter. The staff was more than accommodating, the room had exactly what I needed and the price was fantastic. I have already reserved another room for the Christmas holiday while I'm visiting my family.

Your standard new Hampton Inn. Free breakfast which is eggs waffles etc. wish they had bacon instead of sausage but all was clean good and in a relaxing area. They do have keyless entry available which I did not see on their website but I like. Overall a good place and would come back again.

I have to admit I am always happy to stay at this place. I am surprised by other peoples reviews as this is my 3rd visit in the last year and I have nothing but had a great experience. Good people and excellent service. Nice, neat and clean place to stay and best part is people make you feel welcomed. Thumbs up for this place. Would recommend this place to any one without hesitation!

It is a good value for the price. Great stay for when you are working in the area for a longer period of time. Best weekly rates in the area and has a gas station and McDonald's at walking distance. Free internet and flat screen tv's, but only a mini fridge and microwave for a kitchen.
