Clean, modem rooms. I had a mini kitchen suite. Complimentary breakfast was pretty standard, but like the free dinners (not available every night)

Excellent property. Spotless and looks new. The rooms and suites are nice. They had a flood and were renovating kitchen area off lobby. Said it would be a few weeks before finished. Breakfast was served in a meeting room. Pool and hot tub were real nice and super clean. Staff was superb. One of the best properties I have stayed in.

I stayed here a earlier in the year and I have to say this place was just as good as the last time. First off, the lobby/breakfast area is super nice. Very welcoming and flows nicely. I love places that have a courtyard where you can sit and socialize. They have free meals, wine, in the lobby most nights of the week, and I never say no to free food or drink haha. The rooms were very spacious and clean. My bed was perfect, I slept like a baby. Not to mention you are a hop, skip, and a jump from Kent which is a beautiful town to explore, party, chill, or do anything your heart desires, so all this and a very accommodating staff? YES PLEASE! Great hotel.

Phenomenal experience. Had all but written off any IHG hotels after the previous 2 experiences @ other locations. So glad we stopped & gave this location a chance. From when we arrived at 2 am, no reservations, dog in tow, we were overwhelmed with the hospitality & kindness. {before I gave rewards status @ that} Haven't been treated that kindly, & made to feel as if we honestly had just got to my mommas house, I swear, it was just incredible. Made sure check in was a breeze, all our needs were taken care of, the pooches too 🐾, & then a late check-out if we needed but unfortunately didn't get to use. Just above & beyond, all the way around. & because I was delirious upon arrival, I cannot remember the wonderful guy who checked us in but he is obsessed with Eleanor 🚘 as much as I, THANK YOU, a few weeks late but seriously, you're the best. You deserve more than a raise, maybe a promotion, at least! Anytime we are within a 100 miles we will definitely be resting here! Thank you again!

I had a lovely time at Staybridge. The staff was laid back and friendly, I was able to check in early, the bed was comfortable, nice kitchenette and sofa area within the room. The hot breakfast spread was good and I enjoyed the gym- plenty of machines plus towels available.

Really nice place. Felt very upscale. Room was very clean, comfortable and even smelled good - not like cleaning solution, but fresh. Staff was great, front desk guy, Mike, talked us in from the highway, and followed up once we were in the room. Then checked in with us after we got back from dinner to make sure our TV was working right.
Breakfast was awesome - and the checkout time being noon was even better.response / report this review -

Location was easy to find. Rooms clean and spacious. Staff great with customer service. Pool/spa/exercise room clean and well kept. Centralised near alot of restaurants and shopping centers.

I was really impressed with this hotel. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and it was very spacious. The "kitchenette" included in every room is more like a full kitchen! I will definitely be staying here again!

I'm a traveling promoter/comedian and this is my second time staying at this hotel.The hospitality that the Stay bridge shown was awesome. The service, rooms, staff was all awesome. They even call up to the room after check in to make sure everything was suitable for my needs. I thought that was very thoughtful. They also have a indoor pool and spa. plus, a fitness and business center. If you dont want to sit in your room they have a movie room lounge in the lobby of to the side. this is a very quiet and peaceful hotel. I would recommend this hotel.

Love visiting StayBridge Suites, my favorite hotel chain in America. These hotels are professional and comfortable aways insuring a great stay. The rooms are huge, complete with kitchenette and living room. My favorite part of the stay was the complementary dinner and breakfast everyday. Oh yeah, and the free laundry. Can't wait until my next visit.

Our stay was great! The front desk was fantastic, he was extremely friendly and helpful. The pool area was clean and really fun. Our room was clean and comfortable as well as nice and quiet. We really loved our stay
