Good quality room accommodations and plenty of room! We had a full party of 8 people able to stay in the one condo. Everyone had plenty of room

As always, the room was very clean and inviting. Whenever I have an opportunity to stay at one of their complexes, I am thrilled. The bed is amazingly comfortable. The units have a full kitchen. Even though I primarily just sleep there, I took advantage of the stove. I needed a cookie sheet and there wasn't one in the room. They let me borrow one from the main kitchen as long as I brought it back before morning. They were very accommodating. Can't wait for the next adventure!!!

We stayed here for just one night this time. As usual, the room was very clean and comfortable. Our stay was quiet, and we did not hear anything from the other guests while we were there. Breakfast was decent, but nothing outside of standard hotel breakfasts. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire stay.

My first stay at a Sonesta. Room was very spacious but, bathroom by comparison was tight? Overall the amenities were nice and clean with a good complementary breakfast. Prices were reasonable and customer service was good.

My family of six were very comfortable in a studio suite. Plenty of sleeping spaces! The furnished full kitchen was a lifesaver for us. The abundant breakfast was used daily. We did not have time to enjoy the dinners provided. We swam on a cool day in the heated outdoor pool. We enjoyed a board game evening in the community lounge. The room was modern and clean. My husband had some gripes about maintenance ( imperfect door jambs on closets and doors, lack of hot water for anyone on our last day, and wobbly fridge all simple repairs) but was overall pleased with the value of our stay. We required more towels and coffee than what was offered daily, but never had trouble having those requests filled. I highly recommend.

Second time staying at this brand in Cleveland and this location had the nicest staff of any hotel I've stayed at in recent memory! So helpful, and seemed genuinely interested in your stay being great--this was everyone encountered from desk to housekeeping. Pool was clean and nice, room clean and comfortable. Great location very near a big mall in Westlake, so there's nearby dining, grocery, even cinema options. It was a great three day getaway.

My biggest complaints are that our bathroom door was hard to shut and we were short a towel (quickly remidied, though). Seriously. This hotel is amazing. Beautiful, spacious, and modern rooms with new appliances (stunning TVs!) and overall a pleasing aesthetic. My family used the pool and said it was a great time, I personally stayed back and relaxed which was easy to do with the climate control keeping the room comfortable, the endless selection on the TVs, the fully equipped kitchen, and a comfy bed. The pull out bed was much better than most hotels too. And they actually included a full set of blankets for it! I know I'm rambling but I just loved this hotel so much. We had an 11 hour drive the day we arrived and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Rooms and grounds set up reminds me of an apartment complex. Clean, spacious rooms with full kitchen and full size appliances, minimal dishes, with "living area" couch, chair, patio door. King size bed, his/her closests, sink in open. The fire place is simply a plug in electrical appliance. Hot, simple breakfast included. All staff we encountered professional, friendly, spot on. This is certainly not luxury. This is a great everyday accommodation, designed for longer stays, but also great for our one night stay.

Best hotel suite I've stayed in yet! It's so roomy with its full kitchen and space that it feels like you're in someone's apartment! Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Beautiful rooms! The most friendly staff I have ever dealt with from the late night front desk person, to maintenence, to housekeeping. We had a problem with our toilet, they were up within 5 minutes to fix it. I highly recommend!
