Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast, but surprised there wasnt a waffle maker. Unfortunately it was too cold to swim during our trip.

Just a room, bath, and temp controlls but it is nice. Free cookies and breakfast. Employees are nice and helpful. Them being genuinely friendly was just icing on the cake. I like Texas! I love Austin

The lady working on 4/15 was extremely rude. Didn't want to give us a receipt. Asked about a taxi because Uber wasn't working right and she said use Uber and ignored me. I will probably never use Holliday in again because of her poor customer service.

Very clean, and the staff was great. Needed and extra few minutes to clean up for checking out and it was not a problem. Will choose again when in the area.

+ Breakfast is decent: coffee, tea, juices, apples, bananas, oranges, bagels, biscuits, muffins, donuts, pancakes, yogurt, milk, cereal, granola, eggs, bacon, etc.
- One thing that bothered me is how the cleaning ladies will come all loud and noisy early in the morning knocking on all doors and you could hear them all talking and laughing, even if they were cleaning other rooms around on the same floor. Also, it seems to be something normal to bring their children at the hotel and to the rooms they are cleaning. So yeah, no quiet mornings. Also, when we checked in, the front desk confirmed us after checking on the computer, that our room was ready. But then, before handing us the room keys, he said he needs to check in person too if the room is ready, to come back and tell us we need to wait at least another h! Later on we went through the entire check-in process again (including the double checking of the room!). And I thought it was suppose to be a Holiday Inn EXPRESS!
- There’s no conference room good for having a voice/video conference. They only have a little desk in one corner of the breakfast area, and it’s pretty noisy as people hangout around during the day.
+ Otherwise the front desk staff is doing their best to be friendly and helpful.

Very comfortable rooms that boarder on really fancy and clean breakfast bar; that, although is smaller than most, really packs it in with more choices available than most places offer.

The decor is a bit dated but the hotel offers free parking for overnight guests which is harder to come by the closer you get into the city. They also have complimentary USA Today and cookies which is a nice touch. The walls are thin but the service is good.

It was wonderful!
Beds are awesome..!
Showers rock!. I didn't want to get out of tub. : )
All was clean.
Front desk people were very pleasant and friendly.

Great stay.!
If i come back to Austin..i will stay here again.

Location is pretty good, although it can be a pain to get to from downtown via mopac. We had to change rooms when we first got here, the room we were put in originally had some technical issues. However, front desk service was incredibly kind and understanding, and found another room for us on such a hectic weekend.

I didn't expect much from this hotel. The room is basic but clean. Good for a one or 2 day business trip. Internet is fast.

Room is small for a Queen Suite and hard to move around in for 3 people,shabby and needs updating. Nothing like other Holiday Inns, bathroom the same and needs repairs. Will not stay at this one again.

Comfortable beds. Good breakfast selection. Friendly staff that listens and recognizes customers. And free cookies and tea pretty late into the night.

I have not stayed at this property, but I am sure that i will when I am in the area. An associate at my property was a guest there recently while she attended her daughters wedding and she has nothing but praise for the service and for the quality of the hotel. She says that she received a personal thank you from the General Manager as well. This is what hospitality is all about. Great job !!!

Everytime i need to travel to Austin I stay here. The hotel staff is always very nice and friendly.

Rooms are clean, new and with all services. Very nice bathroom. Breakfast is amazing!!! Great parking.

The hotel staff was very nice and friendly when we arrived and gave us the exact room I was hoping for. The room was clean and well appointed and even the pull out couch was comfortable. Breakfast was amazing!! Delicious eats of all kids, including instant pancakes machine! Would stay here again.
