  This has been the best hotel. Close to the Capitol and the University and within easy walking distance to many fun shops/restaurants on the Drag. Also, they were great about letting me stay an extra night in my same room for the same rate when my flight got cancelled due to a blizzard. Would recommend!

  By far and large the best downtown hotel. Convenient to museums, Rainey Street, University. Everything really. Very nice hotel with excellent service. While everyone is awesome, Frankie is incredible he will solve any problem you have.

  I stayed here for my anniversary. Facility is clean, Staffs offered service above and beyond my expectation. Hot breakfast was good, we have plenty of foods to choose from. I can tell that they recently renovated because hotel room door was equipped with system that you can open the room with your phone. (Too bad that there was a glitch so I couldn't use it.) Noise level was pretty low and view was nice.
  They got me 2 champagne bottles and a happy anniversary card which is very nice.
  
  However, I wish I was informed about $23/day parking fee that was going to be charged on top of hotel fee when I was booking hotel online. Maybe it was in the fine print but this was a surprise, but it's worth every penny.
  
  Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and easy.

  Might be my favorite hotel of all time! To start, the check-in staff was awesome, kind, funny, and beyond helpful. The room had a ceiling fan! This is a big thing for a Floridian; we get used to sleeping with them, and I never sleep well in hotels. I DID in this one. Plus, the air was ice-cold - loved it! The balcony was huge and offered amazing views, and the room and bathroom were super clean. The refrigerator was very cold too, something that is uncommon in my experience. There are great restaurants across the street and you are close to so much. I couldn't find anything to complain about if I tried. It will be my go-to hotel in Austin.

  Very clean. Not very loud at all. Close enough to everything. The gym was nice. I really enjoyed my stay.

  Huge rooms! Great for a family so your kids can hang out and play when y'all need to take a break. It was super clean and beds were super comfortable. Food was good. Only thing I wasn't happy about was the shower .. the water wasn't very hot. But that is really no big deal

  This is an amazing hotel. They have some of the best service I've ever had, a great pool, and an exquisite breakfast. It's really close to downtown and the nearby university. An overall great stay.

  Very close to campus and the drag (walking distance), and awesome staff and hospitality! The sheets are very soft, and everything is clean. Frankie at the front desk is amazing! So helpful. There are weird mannequins on the balcony above the hotel but I'll chalk that up to just being Austin LOL

  This is a modern looking Hampton Inn located minutes away from UT. It is walking distance from several restaurants as well. The room itself is nice and modern. There was a walk in shower that was spacious. Bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was set comfortably low. I would definitely recommend coming back to this hotel especially if you need to be by UT.

  Hotel matches the Austin atmosphere while remaining in a very reasonable price range. The staff is very reasonable. Only an outdoor pool and breakfast leaves something to be desired. All in all, worth the price for the location

  Generously sized rooms feel open and relaxed with high ceilings stretching above you. Downstairs, a friendly staff greets you and is both welcoming and knowledgeable about the Austin area. The free breakfast is replete with hot and cold options and coffee well-brewed. There's also a pool and fitness room but I haven't been.

  One of the best hotels for value, price and location. Plus a very accommodating staff. Between the downtown and UT campus. Great location and easy access to other venues in Austin. We'll be back soon!

  I stay in this hotel every time I visit Austin. It is within easy walking distance from UT, has its own parking garage, and included breakfast. The staff has always been incredibly kind and helpful to me. The rooms are always spotless, and very new-feeling. Probably my favorite feature of this hotel is how soft the sheets are. They're seriously amazing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Austin, or UT specifically.

  This was a great hotel. I'm really loving the Hampton Inn hotels lately. This was in a great location between the Capitol and the Bob Bullock Museum. Even UT was in easy walking distance. The parking was under the hotel and super easy. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
