Solid 2 star hotel. Rooms were clean, staff was decent. Pool is small but indoors; great for a couple small children. Location is great. Waffles for breakfast. Go to Xian Sushi and Noodle if you stay here.

First of all, the staff here was greathelpful and friendly. The hotel is just a little small and needs a refresh. It is worn and needs updating. Parking was tight because there were several places you did not want to use due to birds in the trees and the mess they would make on your car.

What I always want from a hotel is cleanliness and attention to detail. This location gives just that. Rooms are nice and tidy, updated, clean, well decorated and spacious.

As a few of the other reviews state, the doors are quite loud when left to close on their own and this can be annoying if you are trying to sleep.

Standard breakfast, dining room clean, somewhat tightly packed in, but several options to choose from. Again, at the price point this is right where it should be.

Located right next to the I-35, a bit difficult to spot right off the freeway and almost an immediate turn. If you miss the turn, turn into the Courtyard and drive around back where the parking lot is connected to the back parking lot of the Fairfield.

A fine place to stay. I stayed for a week for the South By Southwest festival. The staff were friendly, the room and breakfast area were clean, check-in and check-out was easy, and the noise was minimal the entire week. There is a pool, workout room and a computer available for guests. Rideshare drivers could easily find the hotel and rides into downtown were reasonably priced.

Decently priced, has a pool and the people manning the front desk are very hope and helpful. Only thing to really watch out for is that if your a night owl or work a night shift, the doors are very loud. So when cleaning services are on the floor be prepared to hear a lot of bangingrooms were very clean. Our room had several cracked tiles in the bathroom but nothing broken. It has a small snack shop and they offer complementary breakfast between 6 am to 9 am. A shell gas station is being built next to it as well.

This is the worst Marriott I’ve ever stayed in. Ugly! I felt like I was staying at a Super 8 hotel. Also I’m an elite member & didn’t get any perks. The pictures I’m sharing our nice of the actual hotel downstairs in the lobby but the rooms are what I’m talking about that looks like a Super 8. Not worth staying here for the money.

It's a decently middling hotel. Everything very clean, okay WiFi, a solid gym and compliment breakfast. My main complaint is the location. If you're planning on hanging out in Downtown, choose another place. This is a good 15-20 minutes Lyft into the city.

This is an ok hotel if your just in town for a night. The staff are very nice, hotel is in an easy on/off to 35. Would not stay here for more than a night or two, much better options. I am traveling for work, so rate and convenience were bigger priorities.

This is a nice hotel with breakfast included. The staff were very kind and helpful at all times. The elevator was brinden, but it's only three stories so I can deal with it. The rooms are clean and well kept. Nothing was out of date or dirty or broken, which is nice to see in a smaller hotel.

The hotel is located about 15 minutes from Austin downtown by car. The hotel is located by the highway so there is not much near. During the first day the Wi-Fi was not working and it took a long time for the service be fixed. The rooms are great with a large bed. The staff is friendly.

We stayed for one night. The room was average, the breakfast was okay and to be expected. The front desk was nice but didn't ask for I'd upon room key not working so that was surprising. Otherwise good.

Good location. Has plenty of restaurants near by. Staff is super friendly. Rooms are incredibly clean. Only complaint was the tiny shampoo and conditioner were only half full which was weird..
