Nice hotel friendly staff. I booked two rooms they were pretty swell, I did have a maintenance issue but since it wasn't taken care of on the spot, when I requested they made up for by points and a sincere apology. I would like to say thank you! If im in town again would definitely come back

If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

Matt, who works at the front desk, made my experience a five-star experience before I arrived at the hotel. Matt went out of his way to help me obtain a room for the amount of nights I needed. He was kind, funny and extremely helpful. The rooms were clean, the rest of the staff was kind and very friendly. Everything was comfy and perfect for my short trip to SXSW.

A little far from downtown ($10 uber ride away) but a comfortable place to stay. You will miss the hustle bustle of staying in the city but this place works out very economical that way. Staff was very friendly and rooms were spacious and clean.

This hotel is right off the 35 and easy access to UT. So close! Thereʻs lots of road construction though. The door handle for the bathroom fell off and we did not have any maid service on the second to the last day. Otherwise, we had a great stay! The other plus is Amayaʻs Mexican restaurant is just a 2 minute walk. The showers and rooms were clean and water was HOT! Would stay again.

Nice clean room a 15 minute drive from city center. The room clock was the wrong time, which resulted in some confusion. Bathroom is a bit small but staff was very friendly and I appreciated the Starbucks coffee and breakfast bar.

My room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast at the hotel's bistro cafe was delicious, though pricey. I would have preferred a free continental breakfast.

I booked a Queen room for 4 guests with breakfast included. Talk about false advertising. The breakfast included unappealing to-go items from the 'bistro' and I was told only good for 2 guests. Given the selection we ate elsewhere anyway. Upon check-in the room was not ready for 4 guests so we had to call down for more towels. The next day we were out from 11am-11pm and no one serviced the room. So we had to call down for towels again, unacceptable. The third day we had to call down for toilet paper. I'm not sure what exactly I paid for since we didn't get the service or breakfast that was to be included. When I complained at check-out the best the rep could do was give me $50 off and would 'look into it and call me'. I never got a call, surprise. Don't waste your money, there are far better values for the money in Austin.

The rooms are absolutely beautiful, super modern and super clean. This hotel surely has made every last detail important. From the colors to light fixtures. And the staff super friendly and helpful.

The room was fine, it was the service that was terrible. When I checked in Johnny got me checked in just fine, but when I asked the other front desk person called Michael about the cost of the room, she was quite short with me and rather cross that I'd have the audacity to even ask. Then when my friend asked for a comforter and then was only given a blanket, I called down and spoke to Brittany and she was also rude and rudely explained that they were out and only had blankets. Both these situations could have been resolved in a calm and professional manner, but the front desk staff wasn't so. After this experience I don't think I would stay at this Marriott again. Customer service staff is supposed to be professional and understanding, not rude.

Booked via priceline and they switched us to a nearby hotel. It wasn't very efficient they didn't even have the address of the other hotel on hand. I don't mind having to move but I would of appreciated a google map print out or notice before my arrival. Just not a very efficient or smooth process.

Stayed at this hotel for one night. Check-in was easy, receptionist was polite. Kind of sucked the elevators were out and seemed like the lobby was humid and hot. Hotel was decent, just okay.

After my stay noticed there was a charge for $63, I tried calling and following up but no one answered the phone. Tried calling all the departments, no luck. I sent an email to customer service, received no response. Tried again for the second time and finally got a hold of someone. Also, had to call Marriot's customer service, when they tried transferring me to the hotel, it took them a couple tries to get a hold of someone.
The assistant manager basically said they couldn't find this receipt of the mysterious charge, told me that I would have better luck dealing with the credit company.

ALL I WANT TO KNOW IS HOW WAS MY CC INFORMATION STOLEN AND USED AT THE HOTEL? We were there for less than 12 hours [had to go to a graduation in the morning]. The only suspects is the hotel staff.

Good luck staying here, check your credit card statements.

The room was clean, but the layout was not good for us. We tried this hotel because we were unhappy with another nearby hotel. There was one usable chair, and it wasn't That comfortable. They had a decorative chair That wouldn't workif you say in it for long. That being said, the staff at this hotel was amazing! They were friendly and always willing to help. If we come back when we have business, it will be because the staff was such a great group of people.

This Courtyard Marriot is a typical version of a hotel, I wish I could say there was a WOW factor but not so much. The room was clean and spacious. We stayed in a room with 2 queens which was roomy for a family. The staff wasn't particularly friendly which is why i am giving it 4 stars. When I walked in for the first time I asked how to reach an upper floor. The staff looked at me like I was an idiot as the elevators were to my left a few steps away. Others okay place to stay and convenient to get to, if you don't mind Austin traffic.
