I spent about 7 nights in a suite of Holiday inn Express hotel, I can say it was good with some disadvantages,
One of them is that this hotel doesn't have guest loundry!!
All other Hilton Hotels were have guest loundry and that make it difficult for me to find public loundry to wash my clothes
Another matter, the room size was small while I was in a suite.
Also the reception staff were not professional, I took about 20 mins to check in.
The breakfast is great, beds are awesome and the window views were good.response / report this review -

After having a delayed flight in the late evening, I arrived to find that my reservation for the week was cancelled AND I was charged for not arriving the first day of my reservation. They offered a more expensive rate to re-book the room.
Although I expected to pay for the night caused by the delayed flight, I was not anticipating the room to be cancelled as well. Very inappropriate policy for an agitated traveller.response / report this review -

Their computer system wouldn't give us the AAA discount and the employee checking us in didn't know why and couldn't do anything about it. Didn't offer an upgrade to try and make it right. The shower sprays water outside the tub. It's a really high spray nozzle and way too powerful. Bed was comfy.

The hotel is clean, beds and bedding are superb. The cookies at check in were delicious. The hotel is close to dozens of restaurants and food choices, with several a very short walk. There is a large mall and 2 movie theatres within walking distance as well. The only drawback was that when I tried to check in at 3:30 PM, my room wasn't ready. It was about another hour before I was told my room was ready.

Did not have a good experience here.
The hotel was good, clean, and neat but the shower only had hot water running. When I asked the front desk to have it repaired while I go out to do dinner and shopping she said she will send in somebody. When I returned somebody had been in my room but the problem was not fixed. I went to the front desk and she told me she could give me another room but with different bedding options. It didn't suit me according to the number of people we were. So I didn't take it.
Next, the front desk calls my room at midnight to ask if we had decided to keep or change room. All of my family were sleeping and woke up because of that call. Next morning, none of us showered and left the room. While checking out I expressed how unhappy I was and that I should get a discount rate for my room. She just simply told me I have to call the corporate number.
Didn't really like how everything went. Breakfast was good. Pool was good.response / report this review -

Had a not so good experience here. I suggest spending a little bit more and finding a place a more sanitary. Beware!

I have stayed in quite a few holiday inns before. This one is completely standard for holiday inns. That's not to say it is bad but that generally all holiday inns are very good hotels. We got quick service on check in, our room was clean and we had no issues at all. A very good stay that I would recommend to others.

DON'T STAY AT THIS PLACE. PEOPLE HERE ARE LIARS. I CALLED TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION OVER THE PHONE AND WAS TOLD EVERYTHING WAS CANCELLED. I STILL GOT BILLED. AND OF COURSE THEY WON'T LISTEN TO WHAT I HAVE TO SAY. IF YOU DO RISK STAYING HERE, GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING AND TAKE NAMES OF PEOPLE YOU DEAL WITH SO YOU CAN HAVE SOME TYPE OF PROOF LATER ON.

The best rooms around the city. Workers so nice and polite. 100% I recommend stay in this comfortable and save place.
