Noisy room from thin walls and loud HVAC. Smelled like mildew. The room was clean and had standard amenities for a motel like a mini fridge and microwave. Decent prices but not the best budget motel.

Check in was simple and fast. The room was not quiet or comfortable though. The bed was hard, you could hear everything outside, even road traffic! There was a 1 inch gap under the door and the curtains would not close all the way. The coffee in the room was old and stale, it was disgusting. Breakfast was standard. Check out was easy and friendly.

Not 4 star but a good value. Close to everything I needed as I was in town on business. The University Mall across the street is quite nice too

We stayed here on journey to Jacksonville so we could visit Butterfly Museum. Hotel is located near tons of shops and restaurants. Hotel staff is very nice. Our king room was clean and well appointed with frig, small kitchen sink and microwave. We used laundry room ($2 wash; $2 dry; detergent available at front desk); clean machines; no damage to our clothes. Warm cookies in afternoon, nice breakfast (ends at 9:30 sharp weekdays so don't be late!). Really good coffee.

This was our first time at a Comfort Inn -- will definitely stay at this chain again.

Hint: Ask for an even number room facing front of hotel/quiet street vs odd number rooms which face Rt 75 which can be noisy till about mid night/early about 6:30am.

As the name suggests it was a very comfortable inn. The rooms are spaceous and comfortable with 2 beds and a bathroom. There is also a pool which I did not visit. There is also a free Continental breakfast which nothing special.

We attended a sporting event at the college and it was conveniently located for a good price. The room was clean and the staff was extremely friendly.

Fast check in, comfortable room, good breakfast. There's a machine in the fitness room that is more than decent, although, I didn't get around to my work out this time. None the less, the hotel is great and so is the staff.

Great location, near commerce and the University. Prices are good and the employees are courteous and helpful. Didn't get a chance to check out the pool but they do have one.
